I smoke when i feel depressed. It relaxes my mind and keeps me from thinking into things that make me feel that way. I also smoke when i write and make music. If i feel ill guess what? I'll smoke a nice joint and i feel so much better. It is only illegal because it can be used for so many illnesses that corporate companies would loose millions with people self medicating. I think it's actually quite a good ad - with ONE flaw. There were too many people smoking it non-medicinally. I'd go for a greater walks of life/medical uses spectrum as well, maybe include a cancer patient, someone who smokes for anxiety, or depression, or even that most well-known of uses, someone with glaucoma! Include more "respectable-looking" people. Not just normal everyday folks, but higher-end businessmen and the like. There are plenty of them that smoke too.

Just my thoughts on it.
