This is hands down my favorite 5 watt combo on the market. Ive tried quite a few others. The Mini Z really kills.

Got my Mini Z head and cabinet a couple weeks ago. Play through an American Telecaster and Les Paul. The clean sounds are unbeatable. With the attenuator on 0 and the gain up a bit there's some incredible country spank and crystal clear blues tones.

The only problem is the amps gain. It just gets fuzzy and doesn't break up well naturally. I bought a TS9 tube screamer to drive the front of the amp and it's insane good. Through the Les Paul with the tube screamer on it's pure rock and roll.

i just dont understand how he got it to sound soo clean at 1 30 can anyone with knowledge and skill and potential on how he did this i have been trying forever to make it sound clean and i am getting very frustrated

It doesnt really clean up a lot :( Kinda bummed. I thought this would be a bitchin clean channel amp. Still. I like that crunch. Probably the best Amp overdrive I have heard in a long time.

Nice, but if I were the "Dr.", I would have called the "VOLUME" knob "GAIN", and the "ATTENUATOR" knob the "VOLUME". Then, make the "VOLUME" an attenuator with 23 step instead of 5. ; )

@ihyundai It sounds like he rolled back the volume on the guitar and/or used his fingertips to pluck the strings.
