Foolish to teach such a dangerous response to a push on the chest. Breaking or even just badly straining the elbow with the first strike would already be considered excessive force and land you in court or jail.
@masterjosue24 I must say that I have a lot of regard for Kenpo, I think it is a very dynamic and progressive art, but I must disagree with you. I have been in security work and psychiatric nursing for many years, been pushed in provacation numerous times and although I do agree that a push can lead to a serious conflict, I have found many times that verbal de-escalation or a brush and lock is enough, unless a knife comes out. In my job ending a conflict using resonable force is a must.

@susanaandsam Pushing in chest always end on serious fights, so I'd think this technique is proper to put a quick end to a conflict
