All these youtube vids are good. I remember in my youth spending hundreds on different weight training books, now you get it all for free! My thing was to get big, as is the goal of most, and 'course I spent hours doing everything under the sun, then buying the next book or course, the next supplement. Then years later I got the book Supersquats and got huge in no time. So in the end it just took a sqat rack and gallons of milk...
@XAceAleXX Depends how long and often you work out. but if you did a good shoulder routine at least once a week, you should see some good results in a couple months.
i would appreciate if someone would tell me what to do if i have a dislocated shoulder..after a few months can i begin lifting heavy weights and workout as usual? thanks in advance
listen to your body don't go with the numbers like robots.

No, as long as you use light enough weight there shouldn't be a problem, To heavy and you could cause some tearing or worse.
