@1337NoFear1337 , dear friend, in indian language we have a famous phrase- "gadha kya jane adrak ka swad", it means how can donkey undestand the taste of ginger...same applies to people- everyone have different taste, we understood ur taste through ur message.
Thank you vah re wah shef, we enjoy ur cooking style and it does inspire us to enter in to kichen and try ur yummy recipies. thanks

be careful to remove the seeds from the tamarind if you are using a home blender because they will not grind up and if you bite into them they will break your teeth!
Vah reh Vah chef! thanks a lot 4 lovely recipes..If at all there were any surveys or competitions for favorite internet personality, I'll vote for u and only u.. u simplyyy rock!
love the pickles lately. thanks for so many recipes recently! this looks delicious but ... how... how do you eat it? by itself, or would you use it more like a sauce?
1:38 Lickable Pickle?!? lol.....in all seriousness though this must be a very aromatic recipe, I bet the whole neighborhood can smell all that ginger when it hits the pan.

Almost as good as the one my grandmother makes!!!!!
She uses a 'wet grinder' though, it gives it a smooth fluffy texture...but that's in India and this one is almost as good!!!!
