This united states of Europe that you desire for all the European countries to join !! I ask one question AND its always the same question ! If all 27 nations, want to form a United States of Europe. SHOULD THE PEOPLE OF ALL THOSE NATIONS BE ALLOWED TO VOTE FOR IT.?????.....
EU is basicly a German attempt to conquer rest of Europe without power of arms, hell they are even working with their long time counterpart France (France dreamed of conquering Europe as well).
Too bad it will all end up in a new bloodshed, when true face of germanic people is revealed.
EU is a socialistic binding of stupid people that want the government to take care of them! Supid is as STUPID DOES! THe only freedoms is breathing, because it's autonomic. And soon the EU will control that too. STUPID BUNCH OF WANKERS!
The EU was part of the Nazi dream, most of the 600 million eu citizens have virtually no say in what the eu actually inflicts on europe, The eu is almost totally undemocratic. The eu forced Multi-culturism on the people of europe and despite the fact that nobody wanted this and that it is now recognised that the "Multi-culturism Experiment" has totall failed, the experiment and the ethnic cleansing of indigenous white europeans is still continueing at an alarming rate.
@ofri75 The E.U in its present form won't be around in a few years time ,so don't worry about it. Being British i couldn't give a fuck about any of 1-5.
I am not European and I just realized that not everyone in Europe is happy with EU ! :) it doesn't seem like a bad idea to have countries cooperating but I understand that such a big thing wont satisfy every single person in Europe especially with the issues concerning national benefits and national identity of each of these states. Still for some countries, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages (from an economic aspect) ! its the 21st century !! every1 is looking at the money part of it
@istanbultravellers i don´t know, turkey is country that is kind rich, you ´wold be able to fuck the other europeans and laugh at them whith france and germany.
EU is a slavery system, anti white, pro Communism, no religion, no culture, no tradition, no values, with millions of Africans, Muslims, Jews and Gypsies that has more rights than us, Europeans. Schools are not free anymore, freedom of speech and choice is banned and everything is fucked up. I am forced to go in another country to find a job, because our jobs goes to the scums above. Well, i'm not leaving, i am here to stay.
Search on "epetitions" you will see "epetitions.direct.gov.uk" go to it, type in "Britain wants Referendum to leave the EU" and you will see 30,180 + signatures already. Signe the petition, takes a minute. When it hits 100,000 there has to be a COMMONS DEBATE.
european union is under of protectorate of vatican wich means it is under jesuits. they want to control EU and all countries in it. the problem is that in EU you have strong wing of freemasons (specialy in britain) and they want that to. they fight for leadership and small countries pay that fight. USA is involved on freemasons side and it's not just europe it's world they are fighting for.
EU-ECB :New Jobs+Growth plan is a must, media manipulators w/ 3 Credit Rating Agencies & Gold ETF shorters are pushing nonsense stories to crash EU markets and get assets very cheap(EADS,energy...)and to distract from NewsCorp.-Murdoch crimes, solution:Solar-Wind-Wave Energy,hybrid-electric plug-in cars-trucks,geothermal- fuel-cells, filters-soaps for coal power plants,bio-fuels-camelina-seaweeds-jet-fuel, manufacturing+ installation: where is the new Plan +new Jobs? financialtools1.blogspot.com
..the EU are now bankrupt...They want ALL EU member states (euro or not) to contribute a tiny percentage of stealth tax ..VAT increase ...to the EUbank account to solve this mess.....THIS IS ILLEGAL..In the Lisbon Treaty if they start interfering with member tax policies , that member (country) must have a REFERENDUM if they want to LEAVE the EU!!! Write (dont text or email) WRITE to your MPs and demand this , or threaten to bring this to court. Please pass this message on, for all our sakes X
thats true, but were the only country in europe, which dont need money from other countries for our military. (switzerland got a large army, for a country which has only 8mio. peoples)
To be honest we have more in common with the United States than we do with the EU. The EU is full of money grabbing countries and unfair policies that are simply not compatible with the laws of the UK. We never considered ourselfs part of europe before, we are an Island country and if you ask any person on the streets of Britain they will say they want no part of Europe. The whole of Europe hates British people anyway, even though we saved them from the Nazis, they only come here for our jobs!
A criminal organisation which is slowly killing this country. The UK referendum was about joining a trade group involving most european nations- now it makes our laws and tries to change those which have been in place since the early 1800's.
Make petitions, protest and make the government see that we don't want the EU, if it hasn't already it will kill this once great nation.
is it just me or do i see similarities in the EU and the USA? well except for protecting our enviroment which the USA lacks a lot of funds that are nessisary
6) The UK gold reserves half more than halfed thanks to the EU and Gordon Brown
7) Postage rates in England were put up massively to match other EU members
8) Europol (EU police) are exempt from legal action. They can imprison you indefinately, without communication or trial, as a preventative measure eg: before you commit any crime.
9) England no longer exists under EU rule
10) England pays millions in membership to the EU everyday.
@gironashah British people STRONGLY oppose Turkey joining the EU but as usual our useless government won't listen to us. Probably because it is now controlled by the EU. When Turkey does join where do you think those millions of Turks will head. That's right straight to handout Britain where they don't even have to work.
Denisini is wrong. From 1940 to 1944, federal spending shot up more than six times from just $9.5 billion to $72 billion. This increase led to a corresponding $75 billion expansion of US nominal GDP, from $101 billion in 1940 to $175 billion by 1944. In other words,1940 to 1944 - the war effort caused US GDP to increase close to 75% in just four years! WW2 as amazing and saved us from the great depression.
@WarmongerWW3 The USA is the most arrogant and selfish country in this world. In WW2 the Americans only provided from everything here in Europe, they didnt fight that much, although they take the credits for it (D-day is ofcourse rediculous since Barbarossa should be the decision day. ). Seriously, I hope that fucking country will burn in the hell, acting like somekind of policestate and also saying to EU that they should accept Turkey as a EU-member. Stick to yourself, USA has alot of problem
"and also saying to EU that they should accept Turkey as a EU-member"
So what? EU is an artificial construct anyway. Turkey will be a member and you can't do anything about it.
"We shall have world government, whether or not we like it. The question is only whether world government will be achieved by consent or by conquest." (James Paul Warburg- American banker)
@WarmongerWW3 Learned that from Europe? I have no idea where you got that from, Turkey wont be a member since the members of EU would decide that. And there have already been alot of polls in many countries in the EU if people want Turkey in the EU, almost every (I think every) poll ended up with the answer that people dont want Turkey in the EU, just like me and many other people I know. Wold goverment will never exist, since the big differences, people will fight for their national indentity..
"almost every (I think every) poll ended up with the answer that people dont want Turkey in the EU"
The common people have no power of decision on this. "people will fight for their national indentity" they fought for their national identity to prevent the EU...and did not work
@WarmongerWW3 The common people DO have a sort of power on it, the EU wont let Turkey join if the people in the EU dont want to. People who wanted to prevent the EU was afterwards, when people saw what it did to their taxes.
@bordkrijt You IGNORANT PRICK! USA saved the world literally fighting in both Atlantic and Pacific front you dimwit, more Americans died in Pacific than in Europe. Do you really think your sorry ass would escape the Nazi without the United States help?. You would be bowing to the Japanese emperor and King Hitler the 7th today with out the U.S. and without U.S. money who supported your economy after WWII you would be as poor as an eastern European poor country you idiot, enjoy your freedom..
@usaloverdude That comment was months old you moron.. And im talking about Europe, not the Pasific front.. And the succes of west-europe isnt because of the support of the marshall help if you mean that, the nordic countries are amazingly succesfull now and almost didnt provided from the Marshall help. So we wouldnt be poor as an eastern European country. Besides it was pure selfish that the Americans gave the help, it was only to stop the communism and provide from their own economy. So shut it
@bordkrijt you're a total dimwit first it's Pacific not posssific you moron. 2nd you're ass would be a communist no vote no democracy with out the help of the US against the old communist Russia. first finland, then sweden then norway would have been conquered by russia with out the US being there with NATO. so the more you try to discredit the US the more you actually give us credit because you make no sense you dimwit.
@bordkrijt hey bordfuck stfu! you really sound ignorant! if we were arogant you would be bowing to us as our slave wiping my ass because i'm an american and you a nonamerican like Rome did to many conquered people, but no we didnt. But no, we are a giving and caring nation so kind that idiots like you has the freedom to write idiotic remarks and not get shot or crucified in the streets of the 77th state of the europe territory of the U.S. You're a clown shut up already.
43million a day for your cheap flights right oo dictatorship oops oh yea just so you can live in Europe in your big fat villa well bugger off then you traitorous bastard. go join there army urn the right to live in there country or does that scare you
right so we loose our freedom so you can get your cheep flights and the EU unelected pricks can use our money, the poor man's hard urn't cash for parties, get screwed fund your own party. you can pay for there parties and whores at the ready i want my money back, bastard
I hope the EU will fall apart within a few years! in to be sure! Unsustainable for many reasons, each country has a different economy and a variety of problems, and they think they can maintain that so easily. Well, they screwed!
Serbia in the European Union? Some thanks! regards to opponents of the European Union!
You Europeans need a Strong Federation like America and need to stop whinning. God, why do you think most of your economies are stagating, facing defeaut and aren't seeing productivity gains? The sad part is that in America we have less people and more say because we're united. You all are so divided and always fighting you can't get shit done.
False idea in this vid: that the Parliament is the first legislative body in the EU, but it's not true!
Most legislation is done by the comission (nominated by member states) and council (member state representatives) EU law is the product of bargains from high-ups using it for their individual politicies
(Things have improved a bit with Lisbon)
The problem is the eurosceptic won't let go off the grip of national govs, and oppose the EU becoming democratic, in the name of democracy
@VincentPhil Things are changing though. Since no one ever researches European treaties, we don't know that but the irony is that the rejected EU Constitution was designed to make the institutions more democratic. We got a slimmed down version with Lisbon.
Also the EU parliament started to show its teeth when it opposed the nomination of the President of the Commission. A sense of new found power imo.

contriveis there really a "european union?" no common culture, no common language, no common anything come to think of it. just ad "european" identity.
0:14 hahaha 27 democratic countries, please. after you start presenting such ignorant info, I don't take you or this vid serious. EU is not democratic, for a fact!!! Nobody is directly elected by people, you have absolutely nothing to say on how things are done in Brussels. Sure EU is democratic, cause you can vote....look at Lisbon Treaty. Sure you have free speech, only once you criticize, nothing changes...it's like you're talking to a wall. FUCK the EU....greetings from The Hague
Commission proposals tabled on Tuesday will lead to a European ID card register, internet surveillance systems and automated EU exit-entry border systems operated by machines reading fingerprints
.
"We are seeing EU agencies becoming institutions in their own right without open debate.
These policies constitute an attack on civil liberties and are evidence of dangerous authoritarian tendencies within the EU." Tony Bunyan (European Civil Liberties Network ).
Amazing...I see so many "experts" about EU but noone actually noticed that one of the date is wrong? EEC was created in 1957 not 1958... read some books that contain facts and history, not some sort of crap written by ppl who are oppose the EU. EU's not perfect for sure, though nothing's perfect...
@Feeleeppo87 the first idea for the EEC was by Horst Jecht in1943.. stop reading wiki mate lol
EU's not perfect?? not perfect?? the EU could not account for over 90% of it budget.. thats about 400Bil... thats not "not perfect" thats a fucking piss take..
@GoGetDaGimp Funny:) Didn't know that 2 years b4 end of the World War II there was an idea of Europe as one piece;) About the budget - where did you take that data from? From a website of a guy who's totally against EU or what?:) Or maybe you claim that EU is so bad cause you really miss times of EFTA, that didn't mean anything?:)
@Feeleeppo87 yea it was fort up by the nazi near the end of WW2. and you know what the funniest thing about it is, only 1 thing has changed from the EEC to the moden day EU constitution. It changed from Nazism to communism.. And the budget was all over the news and in the pappers in the UK, im sure you'll find it some where on the net if you go and look
@GoGetDaGimp yeah I googled it and saw 1 link with a short notice of that. Still I don't know whereas I should believe it;) First of all EEC was never nazi and never communist - it was always socialistic. Yet, if you were to convert constitution from nazism to communism you would have to change all of it as it is totally opposite option. EEC was formed to prevent U.S and USSR influence in Europe, so HOW could that be nazi or communist? I'd be pleased if you just linked me to budget articles,ok?
@GoGetDaGimp Strange aspect is that most ppl that see EU is pure evil are UK and U.S. U.S. still can't get over the fact that their influence is close to 0 in Europe now and UK - maybe because when you realised that your economics was stagnant after WW2 u founded EFTA, to make union where YOU had power over other within it and could oppose to EEC? But EFTA was nowhere near being so powerful as EEC so you eventually decided to join EEC in 1973.
@GoGetDaGimp ESCS, Euratom and EEC was only a TRADE and SCIENCE organisation - pure capitalistic ideas so where do you seek any nazi or communist ideas of it? Of course there was a lot of politics involved too... long story short - EU is bad, but you can't get any better union. Besides if any1 dislike EU any1 can leave the Union - just need citizens approval.
yea, that seems to be the trick and i notice it all around me. You see a lot of anti nationalist ideals emerging. Like the acceptance and 'tolerance' of all the third world immigrants. A country is so much easier to take over when there is no unity within it.
If I were European I would hate the possibility that people from another country can change laws in mine. Thats what makes the U.S different from most of Europe in the U.S we are very much for the individuals freedoms many of us are willing to have a slightly more dangerous society for freedom. While most Europeans would rather have a more restricted society so that they can be more safe. Id rather take the American way then the European way. Oh and Im not hatin on europe just my opinion.
"And over 450 million people have a powerful voice on the world stage" <--- WTF
the irish people said NO the lisbon treaty. and the eu started a second campaign. and in that vote the irish voted in favour of the treaty. this means demoratie in the eu.
and the people of the other 26 countries werent asked about the treaty
Isnt democracy working if a tiny state as Ireland says no and the whole union gets struck and then they say yest (did i hear right? did THEY vote YES?) and europe keeps going?
what a mad world we live in... seriously. The problem here is not europe, but ireland and the eurosceptics interests.
As somebody said in the europarlieament... there was a strong pro-NO campaign in ireland, but there was not a pro-Yes campaign.
You are totally right man! Eurosceptics should accept the fact that their future, our future, the future of Europe is one way, without branches and that is the economic and political integration of EU.
There was a pro-Yes campaign too in Ireland. Besides, the Irish were the only people in Europe who at least got the right to vote on this Lisbon treaty. All the other peoples were not asked.
No, but the parliaments of most countries voted for the Lisbon Treaty and it's the people of the countries who put them there. The problem with having the people voting in every single country is not only that it'd take a very long time to get anything done, very few would vote and so there would be people who didn't vote who complain about it.
While I understand your point I don't think it makes much sense.
well thats where we are at. The main thing is that no one really cares. This is all done so stealthly and slowly that the end result will be what both hitler and napolean were trying to do, this time bearacracy has taken the place of blitzkreig. Why do you think we have all this 'diversity' crap everywhere now, its to break down national identity as anyone knows it is much easier to take over a nation that has little or no unity within it.
@zfc69 You present an example of europe listening directly to EU inhabitants via refferendum, and then conclude the EU doesn't listen to it's inhabitants. You did not think your argument through.
Europe only listens to what it wants to hear..........You should think your argument through.Europe is an undemocratic monster and the sooner the UK pull out the better.
@zfc69 Yes the EU is undemocratic, but it's because eurosceptics refuse to let go of national sovereignty in favor of the elected parliament.
Unlike the video says, the EU legislation is done by the council, not the parliament (only gives advice in most subjects)
The council is the representation of national governments, who all spend their time pulling the cover for themselves instead of going for general interest. Of course those very same leaders then go "it's not us, it's the EU"
Wow , I was looking for this video for a college project, and I thought bitching lyk this was only on music videos and the jonas brothers, good to know that everyone hates everyone even in this corner of youtube
I'm studying international politics and the European Union. Its a awful institution that breaks down democracy to a level where its is virtually impossible for one single vote to make a difference
"Nuking" them would be counter-productive. I'm sure that even if the fabled establishment is "evil", the people who live there are largely pleasant.:)
A country isn't its people, however. And unless you have met every single person of each nation, your judgement is prejudiced. That's the curse of reality. Imperialism was across Europe, not just in those countries. That's where Hitler and Napoleon's views arose from- I am not sure what else is evil from those nations, though.
for starters napoleaon was corsican not bloody french.
the french treachery and german greed started moust of the wars in europe since the down of ages
if it was not germans rampaging across eastern europe massacreing all they see it was the french kicking around
richelieu keeping 30 years war going the conquests of french kings or the atrocity of french revolution(only the french can posibly be proud of that) look at anny major war in european history.and it has the french or huns behind it
well in napoleons time it was more italian than french. well lets say the formation of frankish empire under charlamange and boy was he an acomplished murderer.
i said wars in europe...since when africa and afganistan are part of europe?
and i did not say all i said moust . and i say it again all of the blodiest european wars had either french or germans behind it.
yes europe is a bloody place ful of hate(that is why eu will fail) but without the french and ger it would be much more peacefrul
Italy didn't become a country until the 1860s. Yes, many wars were arguably caused in part by French or Germanic nations, Germany especially is rather young a nation, more so than Italy. Scandinavian Vikings did rampage around just a little though? I thought European History referred to the History of European countries, not the actual land, my bad.I don't understand? If Germany and France are violent surely the other 25 member states of the EU will somewhat tame them?
vikings did rampage yes ....in dark ages and their rampage was limited to coastal areas besides they also had amasing culture and vere traders like none other.
and considering haow heavilly the eu is fixed to franco german favour i doubt that the other countries will be able to do much
the EU is a Belgian instrument, shared with it's members to ensure unity and to prevent war.
America has so little influence over the EU, it's ridiculous. It has the same amount of proper influence as the UK, which due to it''s isolationism, is tiny.
btw, does anyone agree with the suggestion by one British cabinet minister (whose name I forget) that the EU is some kind of veiled attempt on Germany's part to reclaim what they lost in World War II?
That's nonsence .... world war II was the bigest mistake in human history and its sick that a british minister even relates EU with such a dark era in history.
Too true, Britain declared war on Germany. Hitler just happened to invade Poland. Today there is no need for anybody to invade each other: One thing that EU citizens agree on is the that European parliament/commission and all it's members are corrupt.
@Denisini are u amerikans scared born of super nation cause you know that europe would be a richest nation when they join.and that will hapend in 100 years
in the end europe will destroy usa with its huge population, money, army and they are even planning european space programs
@WarmongerWW3 Firstly China is a country not a continent of countries, so there arent as many difrent beliefs, secondly only about 10-15 percent of people in China are atheists. While Europe in general has got 15-20 % atheists, and another 10% do not follow any major religion(but do belive in spirits or life force)
@WarmongerWW3 well obviously the absolute number is bigger considering that china has got alot more people, but thats why relativity is in place so you can fairly compare two difrent sums. which is what i was talking about before
Then again, as for as our involvement in the EU - you're right, we should have retained our independence (it never harmed us in the past, and we were in many ways significantly better off before joining - as Norway continues to be, twice having voted against membership). I disagree with the power interests behind the concept of a "Union"; much of it IS political. But YET again, the 1973 referendum returned a positive response, so no one could say this was imposed on us - we voted ourselves in!
@brevicaudate 1973, im 30 years old and was not even born back then, so only people of around 55 years old got a say on the EEC, which was a trade agreement, nothing more. I seriously doubt people would of voted yes if they knew what it would become. An undemocratic shambles that is attempted to erode nation states. It was inevitable that someone at some point in history was going to take over europe by means other than force.
oriola26 - I can see your point there, and I'm almost inclined to agree with it, save for the fact that there IS a democratic element built into the design of the Union, and that is reflected in its first major institution - the European Parliament. Citizens from all member states participate in a free election, open to all, on who should be elected to represent them at a European level, and more importantly (for our international trade relations, at least), on a world stage. We do have a vote.
The EU countries also have a rising rate of unemployment, both in private/public sectors, and the only few exceptions to this trend are the UK (esp. the Republic of Ireland - possibly because of their autonomy from British rule?), and the Nordic countries (most notably Norway and Iceland). America is also bouncing back from the recession faster than the EU. But for all that, being European myself, I would rather stay here and wait for things to improve. The cultural victory is ours, at least!
Yeah, but it doesn't come cheap. Property prices are notoriously expensive in most (if not all) of the developed countries in Europe, some of these countries being very protectionist, keeping migrant numbers to a strict low (even those from other countries in Europe, e.g. Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein etc). American GDP is roughly 40% higher in terms of PPP than virtually all the first 15 EU member states on a singular basis, too, AND they have a statistically higher annual growth rate!
The European Union countries have the highest standards of livings in the world and the highest per capita incomes in the world...much better than the USA. Europeans live better than Americans, they dress much better, eat better, have more holidays (vacations), etc. 1/8 Americans are poor, live below the poverty level and struggle with hunger. Most Americans CAN'T even afford to attend university and DON'T have healthcare coverage. America is an OVER RATED shit hole! Americans are tacky!

@bringbackmydemocracy Well said and I could not agree more.
It's an imperial dream that every dictator has had since the times of Rome.
It still looks like we have a few would be Hitler/Stalin and Napoleon wannabe's alive and kicking in Europe.
Big business wants this and big business runs the west.
Why did Cameron not give the UK a promised referendum then grows a pair of balls when his bosses in the City of London were going to lose money.
That shows who really rules us.

@ENGLISHDOGSOLDIER you seriously need to re-study about napoleon
panosmel97 1 month ago
@panosmel97 Napoleon was a dictator who dreamed of a Europe under his Imperial control.
The EU dreams of a single nation state under control of a "chosen few" who are in turn selected by an even more "chosen few".
Both remove power of democracy and the right to choose from the individual or even nation states!
It has to be killed stone dead along with those who support it.

I have a few questions for all the people who live in the EU:
1. What is your opinion on having Israel join to the EU?
2. What is your opinion on having Turkey join the EU?
3, Do you feel any guilt/ shame for the Holocaust (in which Europeans murdered in systematic ways 6 million innocent people out of pure racism)
4. Are you worried of the Muslims who are increasing in great numbers in Europe?
5. Do you think Europe will even reach the level of the USA?
Thank you!

What is the EU?
A criminal organisation which is slowly killing this country. The UK referendum was about joining a trade group involving most european nations- now it makes our laws and tries to change those which have been in place since the early 1800's.
Make petitions, protest and make the government see that we don't want the EU, if it hasn't already it will kill this once great nation.

WarmongerWW3 11 months ago
@WarmongerWW3 The USA is the most arrogant and selfish country in this world. In WW2 the Americans only provided from everything here in Europe, they didnt fight that much, although they take the credits for it (D-day is ofcourse rediculous since Barbarossa should be the decision day. ). Seriously, I hope that fucking country will burn in the hell, acting like somekind of policestate and also saying to EU that they should accept Turkey as a EU-member. Stick to yourself, USA has alot of problem
bordkrijt 10 months ago
@bordkrijt "acting like somekind of policestate"
We learned from Europe. Bwahaha!
WarmongerWW3 10 months ago
@WarmongerWW3 Learned that from Europe? I have no idea where you got that from, Turkey wont be a member since the members of EU would decide that. And there have already been alot of polls in many countries in the EU if people want Turkey in the EU, almost every (I think every) poll ended up with the answer that people dont want Turkey in the EU, just like me and many other people I know. Wold goverment will never exist, since the big differences, people will fight for their national indentity..
bordkrijt 10 months ago
@bordkrijt
"almost every (I think every) poll ended up with the answer that people dont want Turkey in the EU"
The common people have no power of decision on this. "people will fight for their national indentity" they fought for their national identity to prevent the EU...and did not work
WarmongerWW3 10 months ago
@WarmongerWW3 The common people DO have a sort of power on it, the EU wont let Turkey join if the people in the EU dont want to. People who wanted to prevent the EU was afterwards, when people saw what it did to their taxes.

@usaloverdude That comment was months old you moron.. And im talking about Europe, not the Pasific front..
VincentPhil 1 year ago
@VincentPhil Things are changing though. Since no one ever researches European treaties, we don't know that but the irony is that the rejected EU Constitution was designed to make the institutions more democratic. We got a slimmed down version with Lisbon.
Also the EU parliament started to show its teeth when it opposed the nomination of the President of the Commission. A sense of new found power imo.

GoGetDaGimp 1 year ago
@GoGetDaGimp Funny:) Didn't know that 2 years b4 end of the World War II there was an idea of Europe as one piece;) About the budget - where did you take that data from? From a website of a guy who's totally against EU or what?:) Or maybe you claim that EU is so bad cause you really miss times of EFTA, that didn't mean anything?:)
Feeleeppo87 1 year ago
@Feeleeppo87 yea it was fort up by the nazi near the end of WW2. and you know what the funniest thing about it is, only 1 thing has changed from the EEC to the moden day EU constitution. It changed from Nazism to communism.. And the budget was all over the news and in the pappers in the UK, im sure you'll find it some where on the net if you go and look
GoGetDaGimp 1 year ago
@GoGetDaGimp yeah I googled it and saw 1 link with a short notice of that. Still I don't know whereas I should believe it;) First of all EEC was never nazi and never communist - it was always socialistic. Yet, if you were to convert constitution from nazism to communism you would have to change all of it as it is totally opposite option. EEC was formed to prevent U.S and USSR influence in Europe, so HOW could that be nazi or communist? I'd be pleased if you just linked me to budget articles,ok?
Feeleeppo87 1 year ago
@GoGetDaGimp Strange aspect is that most ppl that see EU is pure evil are UK and U.S. U.S. still can't get over the fact that their influence is close to 0 in Europe now and UK - maybe because when you realised that your economics was stagnant after WW2 u founded EFTA, to make union where YOU had power over other within it and could oppose to EEC? But EFTA was nowhere near being so powerful as EEC so you eventually decided to join EEC in 1973.
Feeleeppo87 1 year ago
@GoGetDaGimp ESCS, Euratom and EEC was only a TRADE and SCIENCE organisation - pure capitalistic ideas so where do you seek any nazi or communist ideas of it? Of course there was a lot of politics involved too... long story short - EU is bad, but you can't get any better union. Besides if any1 dislike EU any1 can leave the Union - just need citizens approval.

People got used to be treated as sheeps.
shakespearespqr 2 years ago
You are totally right man! Eurosceptics should accept the fact that their future, our future, the future of Europe is one way, without branches and that is the economic and political integration of EU.
specialparadise 2 years ago
@shakespearespqr
There was a pro-Yes campaign too in Ireland. Besides, the Irish were the only people in Europe who at least got the right to vote on this Lisbon treaty. All the other peoples were not asked.
mischnix 1 year ago
No, but the parliaments of most countries voted for the Lisbon Treaty and it's the people of the countries who put them there. The problem with having the people voting in every single country is not only that it'd take a very long time to get anything done, very few would vote and so there would be people who didn't vote who complain about it.
While I understand your point I don't think it makes much sense.
Paddis92 2 years ago
well thats where we are at. The main thing is that no one really cares. This is all done so stealthly and slowly that the end result will be what both hitler and napolean were trying to do, this time bearacracy has taken the place of blitzkreig.

A country isn't its people, however. And unless you have met every single person of each nation, your judgement is prejudiced. That's the curse of reality. Imperialism was across Europe, not just in those countries. That's where Hitler and Napoleon's views arose from- I am not sure what else is evil from those nations, though.
FrankThePidgeon 2 years ago
for starters napoleaon was corsican not bloody french.
the french treachery and german greed started moust of the wars in europe since the down of ages
if it was not germans rampaging across eastern europe massacreing all they see it was the french kicking around
richelieu keeping 30 years war going the conquests of french kings or the atrocity of french revolution(only the french can posibly be proud of that) look at anny major war in european history.and it has the french or huns behind it
janak19771977 2 years ago
Corsica is in France...
France has only relatively recently become one nation so how when do "the ages" begin, exactly?
What about the British Boer and Afghan wars amongst other Imperial conquests? The Balkan Wars?
What about Mussolini in Italy? Stalin in Eastern Europe?
Spanish Revolution?
Rome wasn't exactly pleasant, nor the Ancient Greek states.
As a whole Europe has a history of war, surely that makes Europe as a whole "evil"?
FrankThePidgeon 2 years ago
well in napoleons time it was more italian than french. well lets say the formation of frankish empire under charlamange and boy was he an acomplished murderer.
i said wars in europe...since when africa and afganistan are part of europe?
and i did not say all i said moust . and i say it again all of the blodiest european wars had either french or germans behind it.
yes europe is a bloody place ful of hate(that is why eu will fail) but without the french and ger it would be much more peacefrul
janak19771977 2 years ago
Italy didn't become a country until the 1860s. Yes, many wars were arguably caused in part by French or Germanic nations, Germany especially is rather young a nation, more so than Italy. Scandinavian Vikings did rampage around just a little though? I thought European History referred to the History of European countries, not the actual land, my bad.I don't understand? If Germany and France are violent surely the other 25 member states of the EU will somewhat tame them?
FrankThePidgeon 2 years ago
ok fine napoleon was more genoese than french
vikings did rampage yes ....in dark ages and their rampage was limited to coastal areas besides they also had amasing culture and vere traders like none other.
and considering haow heavilly the eu is fixed to franco german favour i doubt that the other countries will be able to do much

While Europe in general has got 15-20 % atheists, and another 10% do not follow any major religion(but do belive in spirits or life force)

@ugaboj 15% of Chinese > 20% of Europeans

@WarmongerWW3 Do you know what relativity means? >.>
ugaboj 10 months ago
@ugaboj I'm talking about absolute number. China obviously has the largest number of atheists.
WarmongerWW3 10 months ago

We do have a vote.

the eu is MARXIST shit
the eu is NOT a country and NEVER will be
NATO has kept the peace in Europe, the eu has NOTHING to do with it all
the euro has DESTROYED jobs in Greece, Portugal, Spain and Ireland
eu leaders have ADMITTED the eu was created by UNDEMOCRATIC means
the people of Ireland voted NO NO NO to the eu but were? BULLIED into voting again
all other people have been DENIED a vote because leaders KNOW we would ALL vote NO to the MARXIST eu

@brevicaudate
UK has not signed all European treaties, and Norway and Iceland are not in the EU. Maybe that's the reason why they are better off.
