  • @BigRed10287 i did 4 teeth then using adjustable gears to 2.5 advance

  • Does your motor now have a lopey idle like the 248/232 in another vid I saw? Also, how can you get more performance by using a lower stock exhaust cam?

  • the idle was kind of loppy so i raised it to about 8-900ish. also the way i see how this works is that the 232 cam gives great low to mid while the 248 lets it hold more in the upper end. i had fun with this set up

  • nice man..that's still plenty fast though for a stock 240..i wouldn't wanna go much faster anyway unless i had a bunch of suspension mods and tires etc.

  • oh yeah yeah i think i heard about that on nicoclub how fast can u get up to in 5th?i noticed when mine hits 118 it wants to keep going..could prob hit 130-135 with not too much effort

  • yea i hit about 130 but didnt move much more. did it with my friends GPS.

  • no chip just cut the wire for speed sensor to ecu yellow with green at the ecu and disconnect the 4th and 5th gear sensor connections on the tranny

  • @slidewayz808 Where did you figure out how to do that? I'm rebuilding the KA in my buddy's S13 right now and I'd like to see how to do this cause we're both sick of that limiter.
