That must suck..so out of 10 season, you must play season 2 on loop huh? lol
I love these two!! Brenda and Dylan were okay but they didn't have that soulmate feel. I think K/D feel contrived because they didn't really have any buildup, but they didn't need any, seeing how they've known each other all their lives. Plus, they both practically admitted to having a major crush on the other from when they were younger. You could tell he was going to end up with Kelly from the first scene he met Brenda, and said he preferred blondes, it was all in his eyes. Dylan and Kelly FTW
@kitkat0425 K/D actually seem contrived to me because he never seemed to take Kelly serious or give her a chance till season 3 AFTER Luke requested to be put with Kelly because he couldn't work with Shannen anymore, so it's obvious him & kelly weren't originally intended. That's why the soulmates crap make the Brylan fans laugh or puke, lol. Remember when Kelly admitted trying to get a date with Dylan while Brenda was dating him at the slumber party & Dylan obviously rejected her? Bren 1st alwyz
Sorry to ruin the party guys, but K/D were never the LOVE STORY that B/D were & THEY NEVER held a candle to B/D's chemistry either. B/D had it from the beginning. It took K/D like 6 seasons to get it together & of course the true great loves of their lives had to be gone for them to work.. The Walshes. Lol

Kelly and Dylan had been thinkin of each other since elementary school. Nothing materialized and when it did, it was hard work, heart break, passion, love, sacrifice, romance, etc. It's called realty. Aaron gave us "life" with that pair in the show. "Walsh" is not life. K/D was not a "love story"? They were the epitamy of a true love story.

The most romantic thing any of his women ever told him on that show!

High school sweethearts used for categorization, not a biding contract. All of the characters got with others while dating. Dylan: fling with horse ranch lady (during kelly), one night stand while with Gina, Kelly: back and forth between dylan and brandon while dating other, David: during season 3 while recording records with steve. Brandon: Emily and girl season 8

why didn't these two just stay together if they loved each other so much instead of being so godforsaken complicated? It's extremely annoying. And they were so self centered and careless towards everyone elses feelings on top of it.
Well, for one, there's no drama if tv people are happy. LOL. But I think neither of them were ever ready for each other at the same time. Kelly sometimes had to escape Dylan's destructive behavior. They were crappy to the people around them, but in their eyes, they were the world and it was everyone else's fault for not getting it or choosing to live with it. In reality, Gina and Matt put up with a lot more than they should have. It was obvious that Dylan and Kelly loved each other.
