He appears to light a cigarette lighter in the tanker to see the fuel level. I have been told that there was some dispute about the amount of fuel being delivered to the station and he was checking to see that the tank was full. Not the brightest thing to do to a tanker full of petrol. Maybe he could have used a torch instead. Or checked the dip stick

I know what good music is, was, and can be. And to me, good music is something that has a good bassline, melody, beat, and good lyrics. While i'm not saying all metal is good, infact too much of it sounds like what you describe it as, but good metal, like, but not at all limited to, Megadeth, Opeth, Iron maiden, Judas Priest, and Symphony X has all of those things I mentioned, so it is the best genre of music to me.
