Controller gave take off clearance to the jet even before you had exited the runway. Not a good practice.

@mooo483 I aim for about 3 flights a month. Some months as much as 5, others only 2, most of them are on IFR flight plans to more distant destinations. My last two were VFR. This one and last Friday (IFR practice approaches but didn't file).
