Nice choreographed drills. This master is skillful like many I have met and seen BUT I am skeptical with such practices or demos which 'impresses' me because such moves always work beautifully with a cooperative partner who does not 'fight' back. So, from a 'show' point of view, very nicely choreographed.
A quand?une vidéos de démonstration de chi qong (ancetre du tai chi )pour une méditation en mouvement ou immobile, pour apprendre a faire circuler le chi.
I disagree. Although most is for show, it is a demo. there are much better videos than this that shows how effective it is when done properly. Remember if it wasnt a dummy, he is not just throwing punches and slices around, hitting very painful and sometimes confusing pressure points. You can get hit like this and not feel anything and still your knees would buckle to the ground

yeah - it is very impressive - the fluidity is like watching art in motion.
I have the same impression - looks good but the video does not show its application relevant to an actual fighting opponent.
Still - it seems there would NOT be a contest IF what he is doing was actually executed - there would be no recovery from such an assault

too compliant and too many techniques after the first attack. also some pointless flashy tecnhiques. would only work on human dummy
