  • Most "bail bondsmen" are PUNKs anyways. This is standard behavior. HOWEVER, chances are that you wont get charged with anything if you beat the fuck out of a bailbondsman if they try to "kidnap" you. Most of them are shady and balance on the edge of the law.

  • @VoodooPolitico Yes Fausto has since gotten into just horrible trouble acting like a punk.

  • Boy that attorney is an idiot!!!

  • Fausto was a Correctional Officer for the State of California in Chino for a few years, not sure why he left the job. While in corrections he was a bail bondsmen part time, now full time.

  • @knuckkap I know he lost his job when he was caught sneaking drugs into the jail to seel to prisoners.

  • It's very tell that the bondsman wanted your friend away from building and away from view. It was obliviously very shady what they were doing.

(I love your videos!! You expose these slugs with humor and I appreciate all the time and effort you put into the fight!)

  • These creeps become more and more like nasty dumbshits from the movie Deliverance. CREEPY!!!!

  • @sirensealight Yes both this video and deliverance are set in Hicksville!

  • He says he is VIOLATING his bail?? VERY TRUE,I think maybe he meant revoking but he spoke the truth out of his mouth. VIOLATING....

  • @ConChaz100 Talk about a freudian slip! It was like he was reading his own stage directions.

  • I am from Italy and I tried to read up how a bail bond works.. but damn it looks so complicated. We certainly have nothing like this over here (and in the rest of europe I am quite sure). No idea how this stuff works.

  • @marco171180 If you go to jail in america and the judge says you can have bail that means you give them money to get out of jail and promise to come back. But some people can't afford bail so they hire a bail bondsman to pay their bail money for them. The bondsman is now liable to make sure this person doesn't flee the country. That's the short simple version I think maybe. I don't really understand it all either. But being a bail bondsman isa very low class, low prestige thing.

  • @TheEndOfScientology Thanks for the reply ;) That was the part I understood, which is basically money loaning.. but with what authority did he arrest him? Is a bail bondsman become like a cop or something? That was what surprised me!

  • @marco171180 No he totally broke the law there.

  • @TheEndOfScientology Exactly what I thought. So basically it's a guy with a gun "arresting" someone. That is really messed up. Any uptdates on this? Keep up the good work my friend!

  • @marco171180 Nothing was done because Fausto has dangerous friends.

  • @TheEndOfScientology I am ashamed that he has an italian name... I hope things turn out well my friend. You are the real pope we need here in Rome. Ciao ;)

  • watch?v=xJCbHNseqX0

  • Agreed, scary shit out there.

But.. more eyes on the matter means more social control = less bad things happen.

    BTW.. any updates?

  • I'm glad that this is up on the net, tho, do get this on newstv also.

    If i'm correct:

When a warantless arrest is made, the arresting officer must read the Miranda warnings to the arrestee.

    And:

An the arresting officer should tell the arrestee on what grounds he or she is arrested.

    Keep on the good work.

  • Journalists won't cover the story until anonorange files charges and they go to court.

  • Too bad.

Anyways.. the arrest was illegal. it failed at many points.

Are there any updates on this already ?

  • Orange is in the process of pressing charges and more will be done on this re: his other legal issues in riverside.

  • @AnonNed Fausto's is an ex sheriff and he acts like one. I've heard he's a jerk from more than one person. I used ALOHA BAIL BONDS. They were totally cool. The guy even picked me up from the jail in murrieta and drove me to San Diego at 5:00 in the morning. Can't beat that. Just hope I don't need to be bailed again. LOL

  • "Is that guy famous or something?"

    "He soon will be"

Brilliant! Keep up the good work pope :)

  • Maybe if you read the law more you wouldn't need bail bondsmen so much. Fausto needed to alert the jail 6 hours before and get the name of the person he talked to, he was supposed to have paperwork ready. He didn't do any of these things and submitted false paperwork afterwards. This is illegal. If fausto is so cool why was he fired from his jail guard job for sneaking drugs into prison?

  • @TheEndOfScientology Fausto's was sneaking drugs into jail? OMG! Why didn't he go to prison? Could have got atleast 4 yrs for that.

  • He sure didn't seem like a "cool guy" from this video.

Seems like he needs an "attitude adjustment".

  • Jeff -SexWifeDog- Stone must have a big file at Gold Base willing to engage in illgal activity like that as a politicion. I'lll bet that 3900 dollars came directly from the C of $

  • Oh I doubt it I think it was fausto's money. But you are right gold base is older than jeff stone's political career. That means they started a file on him years ago before they even donated money to him perhaps.

  • At least they must have a big ass phile on Jeff-SexWifeDog-Stone.

  • Time to protest fausto bail bonds. What a bunch of criminals $cientologists are. Nice "religion". Looks like $cilon Jeff Stone was using his "you can't see me cuz I'm invisible" super power.

  • I t s S e x W i f e D o g J e f f

  • Title 10 California Code of Regulations

    2078. Gifts Prohibited

No bail licensee shall give, directly or indirectly, any gift of any kind to any public official

or employee of any governmental agency who has duties, functions or responsibilities

in respect to the administration of justice or a place wherein detention of persons

charged with crime may occur, or to a prisoner any jail or place of detention. ....

  • The Video is a total joke - if this guy has been arrested we should question why? Besides a bail agent has the power to rearrest someone who is on their bond.

  • He is required to fill out forms, have them ready and alert the jail 6 hours before. He didn't do any of those things.

  • A polite person would be team oriented and empathetically correct me. But you are a cult shill. Your account doesn't even have "favorites".

  • Why did Fausto feel the need to put his 'fugitive' vest on, he didn't seem to need it earlier.

Got to feel sorry for poor Fausto, all he can afford is a used Crown Vic sold at auction.

    What a poser.

  • Keep at fellas !!

It will be all worth it one day

  • You should go to the local press with this...

  • First we publicly accused Jeff Stone of being an accessory to kidnappning at the supers meeting.

  • Corruption in Riverside Country: Watch How an Arrest is Made When Jeff Stone is Involved

    Pathetic.

  • The bail bondsman used to be Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's live-in bodyguard when Arnie was making movies. I doubt the Gov. is going to doing anything that like that to a friend.

  • Smurfs live underground and nobody digs dirty better. Esp. on this one. Fausto is a character isn't he? He's a star!

  • You can't do anything to me.

    Fuck yeah!

  • Pray to Satan bitch.

You're now on my radar you fake fuck son of a bitch. Pray to Satan.

  • Stone and his cronies are the scum of the earth

  • woa fuck totally a set up

  • There seems to be illegal activity going on here with Jeff stone and the Bail Bondsman...

Hasn't anyone taken these video tapes and

contacted Governor Schwarzenegger about these activities recently?

This sounds like something the California State government should investigate and

    maybe Gov. Schwarzenegger can request

the FBI to look into this matter.

  • From 3:20 can you tell what was being said?

I heard Mr Stone's name. Were they reporting back to Stone about what was happening to AO?

  • Yes he said he was going back to check on Stone.

  • It's important to note at 0:32, where Fausto's videographer tells Stone "I feel like I have enough shots".

With this video, was Stone thanking Fausto for his $3,900 contribution he made to his California senate campaign?

Also: As he was arresting me, he put on his bulletproof vest outfit and told his videographer to flim. They also filmed me in the car, while I was explaning that I did not violate bail. The videographer said that the would "blank out the sound of what I said".

  • Good job exposing crime and corruption.

  • Those wanna be cops bail bondsmen have been watching too much TV - their office is just too funny.

Best of luck to you Mr. Graham.

  • Wow...and you'd think jeff stone had enough trouble over all this mess, way to add to it.

  • Sucks for AnonOrange :(

also doesn't this kinda break "You have the right to be told why you are being arrested, and the nature of the charges against you"

Anyways great video and thanks for shedding some light on the f$#k up shit $cientology does.

  • OMG that is pretty bad, the rot goes deep.

  • ooo...this is a spicey meata balla

  • There`s some SERIOUSLY corrupted shit going down in RivCo CA...needs to have more of the bright light of truth shined on it!

  • wow

  • what is wrong with ur camera? great vid btw

  • image stabilization.

  • Wow.

$3900, eh? A lot of people would love to have an extra $3900 to throw at a politician, these days.

    This is juicy stuff.

    Wow.

  • $3,900 is the max amount you can donate.

  • Looks like a juicy civil suit in the making.
