I also never understood why Jecht(sin) goes out to wipe out the islands either.

Is it because the people commit sins and then Sin arrives and wants to wipe out everything? :S

I have finished it ages ago, but the storyline was confusing. :S and I am very forgetful lol, especially if I played something years ago. I forget very easily.

FTW. I love the Aeon: Shiva and the other ones like Bahamutus and, etc.

I don't exactly understand FFX still lol.

I finished FFX and FFX-2 like back ages ago, fair few years ago. Like when I was 14 years old, I finished both of them. Now, I'm 19, so I kinda forgot the storyline.

I still never understood why Jecht was inside Sin? I mean I know Jecht was Sin, but how did he get inside it?? :S (I forgot the whole storyline, been a long while back since I played FFX and FFX-2) So Jecht makes Tidus's destiny? While always dropping Tidus off into random places lol.

I believe in the beginning that Jecht didn't mean to spit Tidus up there in those ruins I think he just left him there cause it was a safer spot than where Jecth had first arrived and he actually meant to drop him off somewhere close to Yuna cause he does go absent for a short while till Rikku finds him, then Jecht finds out where Yuna is and goes back for him at the ruins then finds he's missing so he figures Tidus must be on the al'bhed ship then takes him to the beach where he meets Wakka.

Although I believe this was the best Final Fantasy, I just couldn't really figure out the story. SPOILER ALERT So, Tidus' father is Sin? And Sin is reincarnated every time it dies into the person who killed it? Does this mean Tidus will soon be Sin? END SPOILERS

half right Yu-Yevon converts the final Aeon into sin over a period of ten years, at that point the only thing that can stop sin is the final Aeon, however someone must give their life to become the fianl aeon and defeat sin and thus becomeing the next sin in the process. Jecht became the fianl aeon and became the new sin, but since tidus never became the final aeon he won't become sin, plus the defeated Yu-yevon so no more sin comey backy.

while if you are saving you file and turn off your system to early it while corrupt your data, thats why they tell not to take out mem card, turn off counsle ect.

I....I hated the cast of this game.. especially Tidus. I really whish Final Fantasy returned to it's roots more. Still, some decent concepts here and the cutscenes are nice.

I can do cryptograms, and I was able to translate the Al Bhed language right off the bat my first time through. Once I figured out that each vowel represents a different vowel it was a cake walk. Of course the dialogue later between Al Bhed's still went too fast for me to translate it by checking my chart. Guess I could've used a VCR but oh well.

You probably know, but the next boss also only has gravity-based attacks. each hit does 50% of your current HP, i believe.
