  • It's okay to lift your butt a bit, in fact, I've seen people who lift their butt so high they're actually going the ROM of 5 boards, or that they're bridging, so your form is still fair

  • @IncredibleHulkRobert i only lifted my butt off in the max effort attempts coz i didnt have a spotter to give me a liftoff causing me to loose tightness in my upper back. Other than that in the 315 and 225/245 sets i didnt lift at all
