  • It looked like grandma was driving the GTO

  • U shoulda gave that GTO a full cars length and hammered the shit outta him!!!

  • Nice video but the Gto driver missed a gear or something there right off the bat cus his shit was herky jerky right from the get go.

  • WTF JUST HAPPENED...

  • hahahah that was no competition. The GTO didn't even look like it belonged at the track with the truck

  • dude driving GTO: O_O

  • lol i watched this a few times before, and I just now noticed the announcer says the title of the video lol ... geez... great video .. Syclones are nasty hellions

  • Killer!

  • Haha. That shits funny. I wish I was there to see the look on the GTO driver's face lol

  • that awd comes in handy when drag racing

  • "just rippin the gto a new ass!"

    funny commentator haha

  • lmnrao! (laughing my newly ripped ass off)

  • i love your vid titles! lmao! nice truck tooo!

  • "...powershifting off the rev limiter, thats smart." lol the anoucer is sweet.

  • @lurch1489 haha fuck yea! nice call

  • gto is fast and nice but it cant keep up with the syclone

  • Nice syclone, cant wait to get mine running good enought to run my 408ci gto.

  • Wow you made that gto look like it was going backwards lol

  • its not the same internals. how bout pistons, head gaskets, upper and lower intake manifolds and gaskets, fuel rail, port fuel injectors, exhaust manifolds, exhaust crossover pipe etc.

  • It looked like the GTO had a bad launch, but it would've still lost anyway

  • Nice video, I had a 91 Syclone back in 91 and 92. That was the baddest little truck in the land and had no problem with most cars either. When the truck got wrecked in 92 and the only thing left was the motor, we tried putting it in a 86 IROC-Z Camaro, but it would never be the same as it was as the Syclone with the AWD and the original body and design. I last saw and sold that Camaro in Sioux Falls, SD, USA in 1993. I wonder what ever happened to that motor or car or both?

  • Hey BIGGREENLEAF1, just out of curiousity, did you have to do any major welding or anything as to aligning the motor mounts and such to drop in the Truck's turbo motor into the Camaro? I got a '87 Camaro and thought about doing that, if i can find a Syclone/typhoon motor.

  • I can't remember about motor mounts because it was nearly 17 years ago. But I do remember that you have to change the oil pan underneath because the one from the Syclone will nearly bottom out in the Camaro on the road.

  • Alrite thanks.

  • no problem.

  • it is a 4.3 v6 with a turbo pretty easy to find both

  • Its the same 4.3s that comes from a Chevy S10 pickup? Thought that they maybe have stronger internals and such on the Syclone/Typhoon 4.3 turbo then a stock non turbo 4.3 ?

  • it is the same exact engine and internals

  • Thanks for the advice

  • @rmm2424 yeah uh no, deff. not.

  • Awesome video !! SYCLONE owns !!!!!!!!!

  • GTO could be an LS7 it still wouldv got schooled by the AWD turbo combo. Why blow your tires and energy on weight transfer when it can all hit the pavement! Why Us AWD guys rule the streets now

  • love the crowd's reaction and what the track announcer says lol. ls1 got owned by turbo 4.3 hahahaha

  • vid says the GTO was a LS2

  • yeah i realized that after i posted. oh well.

  • fucken sick. all i gotta say.

  • that was an awesome launch after initial wait

  • HAHAHAHA ---
