Yeah man! That's the twangy tone I was looking for when I bought my G&L Tribute ASAT Classic yesterday. Haven't been able to get the correct tone out of my amp yet. Will take some fiddling around I guess. Did you have to adjust the pole pieces in either of the pick ups? Great playing. You've inspired me to try and learn this tune. BTW. What amp are you using. Cheers!
Oh sorry... No, I pick 3 notes at the same time on the firts 3 strings from 17th fret with a "D" chord shape (I'm not sure that's the right word ;) ).
Nice playing, i was looking at one of these at a very good price as an alternative to a good quality tele, does it have the tele type feel, that larger than tele headstock would make it more strat like I would imagine, what do you think ??,
Awesome job on that song. I've been working on that song for 10 years, and can't play it half as good as that. That looks like a G&L tele. How do you like it. I have a 95 G&L legacy plus with hotrail pickups. Great sounding guitar.
un instrumental tres tres difficile a jouer, et j'ai beaucoup apprecie l'effort! est'ce que tu pourrais me dire ou je peux trouver le backing track? j'ai chercher sur le web sans succes. Merci d'avance.
Hey great cover song dude. Very good. Ive played that but not that good . Great job there.

Not bad, little more reverb would have been on this one! Great Tele!
acodaniel1 2 years ago
You're right, it could have been better with more delay/reverb...

Thanks, I used (and still use) a Koch studiotone head but now I also use a compressor stompoxe and more delay/reverb.

Ahh yes, chickin' pickin'. Loads o' fun, great job. Just 1 question. How do you play the little opening rundown thingy?
nato101010 3 years ago
Thanks! I play it with the pick and two fingers.
Gromeul 3 years ago
You're welcome. Tee hee, I worded that wrong. Sorry, I meant to say, is it just a strait rundown from the 17th fret, 3rd string?
nato101010 3 years ago

Gromeul 4 years ago
Hey nice playing!!! can you share the guitar tabs?

Ha ha! Awesome. Your Tele doesn't have that much treble. Weird. G&L, right? Now write some original music. You got the chops!
