@rukia01wubbaduck actually all of snsd is very healthy. the only reason they dont gain weight is because they have a diet they stick too. and they dont starves themselves. this is all exercise and a balanced meal. look at yuri, she lost weight and started exercising more, it made her be more skinny and gain muscles!
