@MockingSolemnity Your are actually incorrect and they are definately not steaming too fast. It takes a mere second of 200F+ steam to kill a bed bug. They just can't handle those temps. Also, each spot area is steamed repeatedly during the process. After the steaming is complete, a chemical residual treatment is applied to kill any bedbugs that may hatch later. These guys know what they are doing and they are getting the job done right!
