  • Scoob, subscribe to Adam Linkenauger's channel. You are there. You just need to maximize your the results you're getting from your jump. The proper way to approach the jump is the key.

  • The difference between feeling better and worse was that your approach was better you didn't stutter stepped that much.So keep in mind that.All approach you have to accelerate once you do that you gonna hang on the rim.No doubt about that!

  • better than ur last vid, ur more expolisve in ur take off

  • In the SVJ, try to extend a lot on spot (you actually BEND and then bend some more to jump) - so try to extend on your toes, then quickly bend quite a bit and jump. You will jump higher.

    In your running VJ you should use your arms WAY better, I mean, you can do that right now but you need to emphasize the arm swing quite a bit at this point in time.

    Also, choose some lighter shoes if possible, these look huge/unresponsive.
