Lucky, one of the best cars ever!

Correcting the racing line inside the corner slows the car and burns rubber. One should "predict" what is coming next and put the car in the right spot to be fast on corners, the fastest possible without losing the grip.

@94CSPmiata It looks like the car has a bit of oversteer coming off the brakes that he's correcting. The middle of the corner looks to understeer a bit in the slow ones, and then obviously he'll have to correct oversteer on the exit with that beastly power.

@nicbarrow heavy steering, bigger wheel increases leverage which then makes it easier to drive so it doesn't rip your arms from your joints when it snaps sideways which it will at some stage:).

@thedomonator Exactly, the F40 has a straight cut non syncromesh gearbox. For the road use, it was possible to have it with the syncromesh gearbox as an option.

the greatest thing about the f40 lm, is that the whole thing is tuned to race. It has no power steering, no antilock breaks(who needs them your in a damn ferrari), and no traction control, just all raced out.

f40= pure orgasm

Oh my gosh I love this car..you have know idea. The F40 lm is an awesome car, also the later GTE is lovely!..725 hp and more..to feel those turbos kick in..oh you were very luck to drive this car! Its my dream car..It makes my heart skip a beat!

Only driven it in simulations. Very little chance of ever actually experiencing one in real life.

But from what i could grasp from the sim; very powerfull and savage car. handles great under throttle, sometimes though you need to let off the throttle then mash it again to get through very fast kinks (such as going on to the back straight of Road America). Turbo lag is very unforgiving when you're in too high of a gear, butonce built up it rockets away.
