It was so funny, there were people leaving the theater in the middle of Glitter! We went to the manager of Hoyt's and he gave us our money back! We had never left a movie before that, or since! Absolutely horrible movie! But, I still watch the trailer for a laugh from time to time!!! LOL! Mariah who? Carey? Who's that? LOL!

"Glitter" to me seems like a 80's movie, the way the history flows. I know the movie is in the 80's, but it was made in 2001. If this movie was released in 80's, it was be a hit. There are plenty movie with the same flows as "Glitter" in the 80's who made very well, like "Pretty in Pink". "Glitter" appeares in the 2000's like a TV Movie. It's not a bad movie, but was not enough to the Box Office. I enjoy the movie and the soundtrack. By the way, the soundtrack is flawless.

This movie isn't so bad but it's a real tearjerker keep in mind. The reason why this movie was a box office bomb is because it came out at the wrong time which is 10 days after 9/11. Trust me it isn't that bad. I can name a handful of movies that are worst than this one and Minority Report aka GOD AWFUL MOVIE with Tom Cruise is one of them.

She just made the scenes go a little too quickly so people didn't really know what was going on in the beginning.

I watched Glitter on the movie theatre in Finland in Tampere with my friend. It was the first time that Glitter movie was going on the movie theatre, and it was also the last time. I and my friend... we were the only people on the whole theatre watching this film. There was nobody else, just I and my friend :D

OK, Carey is not the best actor in the world but she has very beautiful voice, and I love her songs and she is pretty lady too :)
