He was happy to be on board for the voicing of the video game that was released last year, and if you search youtube you can find video footage of Dan Akroyd making it clear that Bill is not holding up GB3. I love Murray, he's one of the best actors of all time. But he's seriously being a major douchebag with the Ghostbusters thing. 2 came out in 1989 (and was a GOOD movie). But from holding the third film up for so damned long, to now it's going to happen, but he STILL might not be in it. All he has to do for his fans is be in the movie, even if only for a few minutes.

@poopmaster13 There are a lot of reasons that "Ghostbusters 3" has taken so long to make. Murray's reluctance is only a very small part of it. I like GB2 but many people thought it was an inferior rewrite of the first movie. The first script for GB3 (which later morphed into the video game) was written by Aykroyd and Ramis sometime in the late '90s but my understanding is that Sony didn't want to make it...which resulted in Dan vacating his offices at Sony.
