I'm sure that you can find this four line guitar lead in many different songs if you look closely enough. You're just being very obtuse and judgmental. You could say the same kind of crap about Mozart and Beethoven's music. They "plagiarized" tons of 4 and 6 line leads. If you knew anything about composition, you wouldn't say anything. It happens. No one cares.
