The man does not undergo the health risks, does not suffer the limitations on activity (including loss of pay, loss of promotion, and possibly job loss) that go with being pregnant, does not suffer the pain and/or undergo the serious surgical procedure required to deliver the baby and does not experience the permanent changes to the body caused by bringing a child to term. It is not fair, but there is no equality of experience that confers the right to a veto on the father.

That's a pretty silly claim. A 2 week old embryo unlike an 8 month old fetus, is not viable. If delievered, all the technology in the world wouldn't do anything to help it. In fact odds are it would appear as a regular period as most pregnancies are not detected at 2 weeks.

I got pregnant at 15 and my mom wanted me to get an abortion. I refused to and she kicked me out. I lived with my boyfriend till I had my babies. I am soo glad I didn't get an abortion. I am now 18, I'm engaged to my boyfriend, and I have two beautiful daughters. I love my Alice and Sophia. No one should take a life by abortion. Babies have a future and a destiny from the time they are conceived. So say no to abortion!
