  • I just found your video and I'm impressed with the s-cell, I just have (2) questions: what are the dimensions for the wire mesh and have you tried the s-cell on 12v. I'd really like to build one of the s-cells, sounds like a perfect solution to the gas thing.

  • are you usinmg an EFIE electronic fuel enhancer? is it your electrolytes that helps the cell be so efficient and small?

  • Tell me about o2 mod and tps mod? Thanks.

  • were do you get ours plastic box

  • have you thought of using multiple grates

  • Will this work in a Car with an aluminum engine?

  • what happens during the winter in cold places? will the water freeze up or anything?

  • The electricity draws out something from the steel that makes the water toxic.

  • great production and design but there's gotta be a better way to get your voltage than an inverter under the hood. keep up the good work

  • Nice design and great output.

Have you considered cutting the wire mesh into squares and then stacking them? Then you could have more surface area for HHO.

    "tighter spacing = better output"

You could also insert neutral squares in between to get even lower amperage. You may be able to run at 12 volts, because less amps = less heat.

You might want to do the arrangement as follows: (+N-N+N-N+) 9 Square arrangement.

    I hope this helps.

  • update soon as posible

  • Great vid and thanx for sharing the infos, ...( get a tripod bro :o)

  • How much are you selling the hydrogen cell? I want to buy one from you.

  • where did you get the high voltage box?

  • I bought one @ Home Depot around 20 bucks

  • where in home depot are they...i cant seem to find em

  • where do you get the ss mesh?

  • I really like your concept witht he wire mash, I think you would get more activity if you bent the mash over so the squares are right over each other, when you look into the container at the wire, you should not be able to see through each square like box channel. too many of your wires are not over each other.

  • Hey csirocksus

Your system looks great, clean and easy to build.

But where did you find the box/containers you built your systems in?

And have you tried increasing the voltage or amps to see if the HHO production increased also?

  • Why did you not use a s/s cloth which would be more like your earlier video using braided fuel line cover? I thought the HHO production looked massive on that trial.

  • The SS cloth shorts out and is very difficult to work with, the SS mesh is very sturdy and is standing the test of time so far! Thanks

  • Genius,Pain and Simple. You are in good company ( Wilber/Orvil, Edison,Bell). We will all be burning HHO eventually. Lets make it sooner rather than later. Its good to see Americans acting like citizens for a change!! Rocksus On !!

    GF

Nice Scoot...Not alot of spare AMPs on it for HHO huh, doing the same on a 98 v-star. My 91 Wrangler has 3 cells on it ,2 are mesh, all running off of 5v dc.@ 12 amps, 30mpg (50% better), 4cyl. 5speed.

Oh, glad to hear ARS is still kicking. Spooky

  • CSIROCKSUS;

YOUR HYDROGEN GENERATOR IS THE EASIEST, MOST BASIC, AND SIMPLEST i HAVE SEEN ON THE NET. IT IS THE MOST INGENIOUS METHOD YOU USED TO HAVE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE POSTS AND THE STAINLESS STEEL MESH AS THE NEUTRAL COMPONENT. WITH THE LAYOUT YOU COULD EXPAND THE NEUTRAL GRID BY FOUR HUNDRED PERCENT. EXCELLANT JOB CONGRADULATIONS ON YOUR METHOD.I WILL ATTEMPT TO EXPAND ON YOUR BASIC IDEA AND BUILD A LARGER UNIT AND LET YOU KNOW HOW IT WORKS OUT.

  • Please reply back with info on ready to install unit. Thanks

  • Hey i finished my replica of your S-Cell

    What do you think?

and did you ever figure out how to do the cell for the motorcycle!?!?!

    please lmk

  • Not as of yet on the motorcycle... Excelent job on your replication...Keep it up!

  • pretty neat.

have you tested the actual amount of HHO this produces? I would be interested in seeing that.

Still cool & more cool is the increased MPG.

    AH

  • Where do you get the mesh?

That is a awesome idea btw.

  • mesh isn't that great, go online and buy 316 stainless steel sheets. and have them about 1/16 inch apart.

  • Absolutely beautiful cell!!! Favorited! I hope on making one for a microtorch later on.

  • Hi

I see from your vid, you use an inverter to power a computer power supply to power the cell at 5v dc. Can I suggest two cells wired in series this would give each cell 6volts(approx). Do away with the inverter this would make more efficent use of the cars power supply, plus the additional cell would give you more gas.

    Kind Regards From the U.K.

  • can this hho stuff be used for atvs and atcs and maybey dirtbikes.. possably weedwackers? 49c engines???

    mini qwuads???

  • yes, any internal combustion engine. I think you might have to mess with the timings. I've seen a small briggs and straton motor run on pure hho, no gasoline. Just think of it this way, instead of combusting atomized liquid fuel, you're combusting hydrogen gas. The concept has been around for a long time.

  • yes you have to retard the timing a bit since hho burns faster. as far a his fuel cell goes. Would you say this is better than the solid plate cells or is this worse since it has less surface area? Instead of the drain stuff, use baking soda. It works just as well and its safer. At last what is that whistling noise in the engine?

  • So do you think there would be a different output results if you use stainless steel screen (like for a sieve) versus the stainless steel grid you're using? It would be a lot easier to make a "bent" design like yours. I still don't understand why some people use SS tubes versus SS plates versus SS mesh versus SS screen. Anyone have any thoughts? I thought I got some good output with my bass string experiment and a 9v battery.

  • Hear the draw on your engine? Test your amp draw. Keep it less then 20amps. If your connecting this to your car battery, you are using 12volts not 5volts. Careful my friend, you are close to blowing your alternator... Place a 25amp fuse inline for safety sake. I would hate to see you burn up your car... See my video with over 30,000 views... watch?v=2nAROmhiZsY

  • The idea was to have several cells.

  • I used the wire out of a heating element from an electric heater and made coils formed with a steel rod. One was bigger than the other and fit over the smaller coil.I then stuck it in a 1 liter soda bottle I don't know if the resistance of the wire is heating the electrolyte up

  • Car electrical is 12 to 13.5V DC, where are you pulling 5V from and what is that high pitched whine when you were running it?

  • He has an inverter running a computer power supply. I think the whining is the inverters under voltage warning tone. Looks like a great system.

  • that is a good idea because there's more surface area of the mesh and being laid down flat it would work better than a canister in an upright position. Which is great if you have room to house it. Do u have any ideas on making this design smaller though?

  • Davoidd, you may be able to roll two separate pieces of stainless mesh with two pieces of plastic mesh as the insulator and put it in a tube. Watch your current.

  • Do u know how these compare to stainless steel plates? I'm using a hydrogen booster on my Peugeot diesel currently but have been looking at improving it and different ideas. Currently get around 5-6litres per 100kms don't know about MPG.

  • I do not know. I've been playing with galvanized mesh and it lasts about ten seconds. It's not suitable but it was what I had.I like the low voltage method and have had good luck with nichrome wire

  • I would have to say this cell looks like the easyest so far to make and looks like it puts out alot of hho

  • Nice grid. Good output. I like the style. Very cool!

  • looks great, i think i will switch to your design.

what gage ss did you use? also i have a 96 chry t&c van like yours. i made an map adjuster with a potentiometer and hooked it to the wire that goes to the brain (middle wire) and thats it. when i turn the knob all the way to the right the engine will chug, but i noticed you said you also put the ground wire off the map sensor to body ground as well, why? and have you thought about useing 4 grids? thanks for your hard work.

  • Awesome, I'm going to try your design... and I'll be right back!

  • Csirocksus, thanks for your work and information. I got invested in the ss fender washer method, in mason jars with baking soda.

It seems that you get a really small amount of "mud", but I have to test mine further to see whether I get a lot. I sent for an EFIE from Eagle Research, to counteract the oxygen sensor signaling the ECM to counteract the good HHO effect. I hope I can do as well as you are with your very good system.

  • how did you connect the power terminals to the mesh? Just put it through the mesh and through your terminals? I know you said you were working on a diagram so when you get that made message me or just post. I plan on making a booster with your mesh idea, but I going to do a vertical booster and I want to try using the mesh in a screw shape to maximize the surface area. Post your lpm ASAP because I have HIGH hopes for this mesh, because it seems like most HHO comes from edges w/ plates.

  • After you show it assembled , what are the 4 black things in the bottom, are they some sort of connectors attaching the bolts?

When you show the inside filled with water you have two? black lines on each side or are those zip ties?

  • Yes they are Zip Ties...To hold the mesh apart.....

  • is this unit using PWM?

  • No it is not using a PWM. just 5 volts..

  • Cool cell. Stainless steel mesh is expensive,DO you know can i use to build my cell chromated sink grid mesh.

In your video you said that it took you over one hour to hook up bolts ,zip ties to the output. But you figured out easiest way.Can you share how. Thanks.

  • You can use what I think you are talking about, but, it will corrode and muck up your cell in a very short while. Stainless Steel is the best choice! To make it easier to assemble the mesh to the bolts I built a hook to hold the Mesh in place while I tighten up the bolts....Thanks

  • I'm building a HHO generator. I live in a very rural area, 20 minutes from a Dubuque.

Looking on line to see where I can buy the SS wire mesh. The other required items..I'm sure I can find at Lowes.

Where might I find the mesh you used?

Also, you used crystal drano for the electrolyte. Why? Works well! I've ordered some potassium hydroxide. Gss hit $399.9 yesterday in a small town near me. Good luck and if you develope improvments to your generator, Please post them.

    Thank you.

  • What is the overall purpose of this unit? did i miss something? Is it in an engine compartment, does it start the car, increase mileage, or what uses 5 volts?

  • He's letting Farraday take a breather while the hymoginious hydrogen & oxygen in a lean fuel/air mixture does all the work.

Faster cleaner wastless fuel burn in the combustion stroke enhances thermodynamic effeciency.

By adding hydrogen oxygen in the fuel you get a better bang for the petrol buck. i.e some more BHP (not alot) hardly any unburnt fuel = more effeciency from the fuel = more MPG.

  • It's a cell to electrolize water, turning it into HHO, which is a highly flamable gas, and more cleanly and efficiently burns gasoline. Thus improving your gas mileage (reportedly) from %10 to 200%

  • I did similar with my inverter and 5V computer supply. But I opened up my inverter and connected some small gauge figure 8 flex speaker wire across the terminals on the ON/OFF switch. Running this to the contacts on the power relay instead of taking the main heavy 12 volt inverter current thru the relay. This way you get more power to your inverter (by hard wiring to battery).

Love your helpful vids thank you CSIRO!

  • Smokey, can you give a some more detail on this setup. What is figure-8 type speaker wire?

  • figure-8 is 8 gauge stereo speaker wire, like you can get on a spool in the audio department of wal-mart

  • Where do you get the stainless mesh?

  • I got the SS Mesh as scrap from a SS Steel Fabricator shop here where I live. You can get it from McMaster Carr online, i's expensive though.

  • I'm not worthy!/bow. Question about the power supply system. As I see it...Inverter connected to bat, power supply plugged into inverter, 5+ to cell. Is this connected in any way to shut off when the van in not running, other then the switches on the inverter or power supply?

  • Yes, I have the inverter hooked to the battery through a 30 amp reley triggered from the fuel pump reley. In this configuration if any thing goes wrong then the S-Cell booster is shut off. on/off with the ignition also

  • I ment 30 amp relay.

  • It was draging down my power inverter

  • How do you know you where high on sodium hydroxite?
