@kevro9898 FYI:The CVPI,s (Crown Vic Police Interceptor) are rear-wheel drive, and the drive-shaft sits about an inch below the frame. So therefor, if the drive-shaft is resting on the ground, which looks like it, and it is spinning, which it definitely is, then it is getting an irregularity formed on it. Drive-shafts must be perfectly balanced, or else you will get an insane wobble throughout the vehicle.

I was on an elevator with 2 Chicago cops (I have no idea where they came from). 1 of the cops was laughing at the other cop and was asking the other cop how in the "h---" he got his paddywagon stuck on top of a fire hydrant on a sidewalk. The cop had to call for assistance to get unstuck. The officer replied when he was backing up he didn't see the fire hydrant. this video kind'a reminds me of that.
Oh, I can share one thing: The UCPD is the second largest private police force in the world (second to Disney Land). The university's neighborhood, Hyde Park, is full of money but surrounded by much poorer areas, so the crime rates are pretty high--muggings, robberies, etc. So the school invested in its own police force to keep its people safe. Same thing at UPenn and other schools

I was on an elevator with 2 Chicago cops (I have no idea where they came from). 1 of the cops was laughing at the other cop and was asking the other cop how in the "h---" he got his paddywagon stuck on top of a fire hydrant on a sidewalk. The cop had to call for assistance to get unstuck. The officer replied when he was backing up he didn't see the fire hydrant. this video kind'a reminds me of that.

Oh, I can share one thing: The UCPD is the second largest private police force in the world (second to Disney Land). The university's neighborhood, Hyde Park, is full of money but surrounded by much poorer areas, so the crime rates are pretty high--muggings, robberies, etc. So the school invested in its own police force to keep its people safe. Same thing at UPenn and other schools
