I have this on Ejay SE and man I love it. I made like up to 12 songs with Dance Ejay 1 (Demo) and made it into a 1 hour mix, each song from arond 6- almost minutes long!

wow, this does bring back memories, even when you fully wasnt in to dance music this was still fun, wasn't you able to edit it aswell, Im sure I remember rearranging parts, or made parts like it.

You can still buy it on eBay etc. It's where I got mine from ;) Just had to run it on a Windows ME machine. Which I installed onto my Windows 7 machine virtually.

Brings back loads of awesome memories! anyone knows if this works with vista or windows 7? I have vista n think I tried to install it ages ago but it wont run (forget error) nyone know of any patches at all to make it work?

I used a virtual PC of Windows 98, Dance Ejay 1 is totally unsupported so you can use a virtual PC and installed windows 98 on it if you know how.

Altough there are tools like FL Studio, Magix, ACID and Cubase around, it still sucks that the company that made Ejay went out of business. The later Ejays, along with MTVMG series, were awesome softwares to make cool music in short amount of time. Plus they were not too expensive

@DJOmnimaga Meh. I used to use Dance Ejay, and thought it was awesome when I figured out all the tools. I got FL Studio 7 for about £15 three years ago (which is cheaper than I got Ejay for), and now think it's just so much better than Ejay now.... except for the lack of samples, I had to steal alot of independance percussions and drums from Ejay XD. Ejay was still good for making pretty good music in short amounts of time, though, I have to agree with you on that.
