for the money the studio will play as good as a custom i have ten guitars and the gibson studio some how always ends up in my hands (cause it jams!!!)
You are so talented! I've only been playing for 1 year and I'm really not that good. But I'm sure im going to continue Guitar for pretty much ever because of my passion of Music. So I went out and ordered a Gibson Les Paul Studio! :D It was actually your video that made me want to buy it. Can I ask how and what to practice to be able to do amazing improv like yours?
@AnUnexplainable hey!! this guitar is amazing bro!!! :D hmmm... definitely a cliche if i say keep practicing... but the important thing is i think PLAY the guitar.. not WORK it... if you practice because you HAVE TO... that is wrong... but if you WANT TO... then thats all the fun! in short.. just keep playing and figuring out different shapes throughout the neck, listening to music (all diff types of music.. not metal haha you wont get much improvising ideas there *i hate metal bro xD*)
@AnUnexplainable i listen to a lot of john mayer, stevie ray vaugn, tomo fujita, earl klugh, bb king, george benson, norman brown, but mostly john mayer haha.. i also listen to a lot of jazz fusion PIANISTS.. hiromi uehara, chick corea, herbie hancock, and also listening to drummers improves your INTERNAL clock rhythm.. and i played bass guitar first before guitar so i listen to a lot of bassists as well.. marcus miller, victor wooten, stanley clarke, and also classical music :)

I actually play Guitar, Bass and Piano :P I wouldn't say I'm that good on either instruments but I enjoy playing them and hopefully I'll be able to climb up to your level!
