Does your synagogue know you took your little child to that craphole crackhouse posing as a dorm simply to evade APD due justice and DEA scrutiny? That's horrible, Man. You seem like a really respectable Jewish guy. I'm really sorry for you pitching such a craphole as 21st Street Co-op. And that's NO PLACE AT ALL to have a child, for God's Sakes. God Help You, Brother. I'll pray for you. That place is nothing but Hell, like the song, 'Hotel California.' It'd be a Blessing on all good Faiths is APD AND Austin DEA would EVER get off their fat butts & bust 21st. It's just a violent crackhouse posing as a dorm! BUST IT, ALREADY!

DO NOT RENT HERE! You will have trouble. There's more transient heroin, crack, and dope-fiend addicts coming in and out of this co-op, by day, night, morning, even Sunday mornings at like 5am, than you can count. You will get more study time living in a crackhouse on the other side of the freeway! RUN LIKE CRAZY FROM ANY COLLEGE HOUSE dorm. The owners are heavily invested in the drug trade, and its violently cliquesh anywhere near UT campus in Austin. WATCH OUT! You've been forewarned!
