The reason for the "picture of hell on Earth that is Haiti" is: the friction of tectonic plates under an island nation that lacks adequate building codes and practices, and lacks all sorts of other basic resources. On his show, Limbuagh predicted by the end of the week the "light skinned, dark skinned" comment would not longer be that of Harry Reid. He predcited the media would make it as if it was originallyhis own. Olbermann may have made a bet that Rush's prediction was true, that explains why he so blantantly tried to make Reid's comment that of Rush himself.
