A hybrid between clicking and keybinding is verry good. Like using the mouse for popping cooldowns or using potions while using keys to use abilities.
i never use keybindings, because the way most people set it, it limits the amount you can move around while using spells. because your movement and spells require same hand, same finger sometimes too
bindings 10xs faster. not one skill requires the same finger and as a caster you really limit yourself do to clickings terribly slow turn speed. unless you want to get pwned by rogues or any other fast pase classes you need to learn how to bind

wow, practically the first thing i did was sort out my bindings and macros, it never even occurred to me to click... seriously,bind your action bar items to the number keys, the action bar items above it to alt+1-6. it can be confusing at first but it will come along well, remember that the easiest button to reach is 2, not 1.

There are so many simple bindings you can have to your action bars its unreal.... an easy way to convert from being a total clicker to using keybinds is to wing it...for example bind your most important pvp/pve abilities. heals, interrupts, dispells (curses, poisons, magic, diseases, etc). the rest can easily be clicked if you dont use them that often or at least if you click them, set them aside in a nice row separate from everything else.
if you are a lock, just click all your curses but put them in their own neat little row.
It looks like I wasn't using any mods at all, but used Blizzard's video settings to change the resolution. The keybindings were Blizzards as well. When I did use mods for bars, I used CTMod, which can be seen on another video of mine: Lightning's Blade Kazzak Debuff

Hit esc in game go to key bindings and you can set certain skills on your bar to keys easier to hit on your key board than clicking with your mouse. Clicking fails because it doesnt get trough your important skills fast enough (example, I am a resto druid i have 1 2 3 4 5 binded to Wild growth, swift-mend, nourish, natures swiftness macro, healing touch, but i also have it so when i hold Alt it makes 1 2 3 4 5 Re-growth, Rejuvenation, Life-bloom, Tranquility, Innervate).
I only have my charge ability binded to F as its easy to use as i use wsad, also i am a prot warrior with warbringer talent asnd its great xD but personally if you can play well clicking, DONT change, i can manoever very well with wsad and keep one eye on the bar and another on whats going on (that sounds weird but other good clickers will understand haha) and for keybinding, its alright if you learn as a noob but personally i dont find having all my letters binded natural :(

Here's a protip: Get a gaming mouse, a Power Glove from Nintendo. Throw away your keyboard (you're here to kick ass and chew bubblegum, not go on an e-date. No talking). Strip the pedals from a racing wheel. Tape pressure sensors to your groin and buttocks. Bind keys to every conceivable button you could find and assign functions to the sensors, then go out there and pwn some noobs.
i decided to change to keybinds. im a keybinder now (no shift for me)rogue dont have that much abilities plus i have a gamming mouse makes things easyer with more buttons to click on your right hand. the true part of being keybinder ur reaction times gets really fast (though i was fast as a clicker with kicks/trinket etc...). the thing is keybindings are better for pvp for most of the people even if pvp players are skilled in arena and have 1900 PR+ but that doesnt mean u can achieve that rating
i was a clicker with mi rogue in BC (pre WOTLK and the pacth before the 2nd expantion)and yes i pvp as a clicker sublety Shadow step...only got 1800 rating on 2v2 before wotlk. but for some reason every time i get 100 personal rating points higher it wasnt enough for me..and i kept thinking i coul do better if i use keybindings. now that SS with no daggers is no longer pvp viable (i think) basicly u lack of bursting and shadow step mobility.
there is nothing wrong with being a clicker, and those who say it sucks for pvp, i play a shaman in 2v2 with a 2100 team rating and i myself am a clicker

Yeah I was both horde and alliance on LB, but I canceled most all accts a few months back.. very addicted... taking OCD meds now for the addiction ... seems to work.. anyhow my youngest son now still plays on LB as alli... my older sons quit also and now play other games.
why qwe I use tryfgh instead of wqeasd because that way you are in the middle, just seems easier to me because you have more things that you can keybind and have them closer.
my fave keybinding is Shift Space!.. you can hit it while your moving with wasd, and holding right click to steer.. flawless, works great for your malee spam.. also try ctrl space, and then ctrl shift space..
Well three 70's later and I never did learn to bind. All 70's were casters, and I used Healbot with my priest. That mod was clicker-friendly. Anyhow, I finally gave up WoW about 2 months ago...so I guess now there is no need to learn to bind anymore.
1.) Unbind those keyboard turn keys! You're still turning with your keyboard which makes you slow.
2.) Stop back pedaling.
3.) Take your time. Bind one key at a time until you get used to it. When it feels natural to hit the keybound key instead of clicking the spell you are ready for a new keybinding.
4.) Keep practicing. Don't overwhelm yourself. One keybinding at a time until you learn it.
Not sure why you posted this embarrassing video. Granted, we all have to start somewhere with learning new stuff - but was there really a need to fraps this? If this was for humor content, it also failed.
Never use 1-9 as actual binds; they are nearly as crippling as clicking itself. Bind keys around wasd, such as 1-4 or 1-5, Q, E, Z, X, C, V, F, R and use shift/alt/ctrl modifiers depending on importance.

Yeah I was both horde and alliance on LB, but I canceled most all accts a few months back.. very addicted... taking OCD meds now for the addiction ... seems to work.. anyhow my youngest son now still plays on LB as alli... my older sons quit also and now play other games.

why qwe I use tryfgh instead of wqeasd because that way you are in the middle, just seems easier to me because you have more things that you can keybind and have them closer.

my fave keybinding is Shift Space!.. you can hit it while your moving with wasd, and holding right click to steer.. flawless, works great for your malee spam.. also try ctrl space, and then ctrl shift space..

Well three 70's later and I never did learn to bind. All 70's were casters, and I used Healbot with my priest. That mod was clicker-friendly. Anyhow, I finally gave up WoW about 2 months ago...so I guess now there is no need to learn to bind anymore.

Clicking ain't needed, but it help alot..
Depends on what ur used to, but if you got time for it, use a few hours to get used to keybind, it's amazing

Let me help.
1.) Unbind those keyboard turn keys! You're still turning with your keyboard which makes you slow.
2.) Stop back pedaling.
3.) Take your time. Bind one key at a time until you get used to it. When it feels natural to hit the keybound key instead of clicking the spell you are ready for a new keybinding.
4.) Keep practicing. Don't overwhelm yourself. One keybinding at a time until you learn it.

im just starting key bindings (lvl 27 shaman) i suggest using the num pad and Ctrl and alt as mods DONT USE THE NUMBERS ABOVE THE LETTERS!!!!!

i just use the following key bindings from left to right
e,q,c,x,f,t,r
for the bottom right i use,shift+e,q,c,x,f,t,r
and for pets i use control+e,q,c,x,f,t,r

Binding is the only way to play, keyboard turning makes you turn 3 times slower and you cant have as good reflexes as a binder..
If you want a very good binding addon, I would REALLY have to tell you to use Bongo..

I'm also trying to learn key binding. I got the 1-9 basically down. Now I'm trying the other bars.
Pretty hard.. And I'm pretty sure I need it. Being a rogue and all.

Never use 1-9 as actual binds; they are nearly as crippling as clicking itself. Bind keys around wasd, such as 1-4 or 1-5, Q, E, Z, X, C, V, F, R and use shift/alt/ctrl modifiers depending on importance.
