Maybe my favorite thing about Opeth is that their songs are like adventures. Vivid imagery accompanied by (usually) well written poetic lyrics, great artwork and just layers and layers and textures of different chords, structures, etc.. Opeth relates to me in an almost intimate and innate way. They are the complete musical experience.
