Yes! as long as it's an 8 series card or newer you can. It only makes a difference in games that can use the physics acceleration though, like Crysis, Mirrors Edge, Cryostasis... the new batman game stuff like that. I did notice quite a difference in in Crysis, 8 to 15fps on average. If you want to know what games are capable of actually using it, check out PhysX on Wikipedia.... it gives a HUGE list. what gpu waterblocks are you using? And i can't quite see how you channeled the water to all of them. Sorry i'm new at this, your system looks the best out of all the youtube videos i've seen.
