  • This seems like a bunch of bullshit to me.

  • I would suggest you sign up for my newsletter so you get the free eBook on how to get started with EFT. I think you will find it really helpful for using EFT for yourself.

  • I tried years ago and it worked but ididnot do it anymore............and noww i feel sad and depresed , i started yesterday please how many times a day should i do it ? and somebody told me never to leave this easy practice......................

  • This technique works! My husband and I learned it from a therapist (Ph.D) and It releases anger and traumatic memories.

  • Denise

Does look flakey, doesn't it? Took me a while to get past that, too. Some people do yawn a lot when they do EFT. It is a sign of energy shifting.

  • @judyb0 I'm a buddhist, and also do release technique. It's all just variations on the same theme. When we hold these emotions, that piss us off, acceptance, love, bodhichitta (tibetan), emptiness, letting go - all these facilitate the release.

When i do the sadanas/meditate, i begin yawning. It is because of energy starting to shift, throughout the channels of the body.

  • This works. I know it looks flakey but it does work. This EFT tapping stuff helped me from getting too bummed out over a MAJOR life change. Just try it. I start to yawn when I do it. It's very relaxing.

  • hello!!!i am new to eft!!!where should i begin in order to achieve the benefits of eft??is there something that i should do apart from the things on the video?thank you!

  • No you don't have to think about the problem going away. Just think about what you are feeling and use EFT to rid yourself of the feelings. Once you do either ther problem will be cleared, too. Or you will see the way forward with dealing with it. It seems strange to be focussing on the negative but in EFT we do it because when we do we are focussing on the energy disruption it causes. And that is where we need to go.

  • q for all: when your doing this tapping for a problem, do you actually have to do it whilst thinking about the problem WHILE tapping? if so then do you have to think of the problem going away?! pls someone explain thx.

  • Thank you. Your comments were the first thing I read this morning. What a lovely way to start my day.

  • Thank you for toue tutorial, I love the way you're teaching, your voice and also your accent =]

    peace and love.

  • well what do you know, i no longer want to smoke a 5 foot doobie

  • the placebo effect is actually the bodies ability to heal itself, its true healing where as pharma is a joke

  • @shetterly1 tell that to someone with cancer, bright spark.

  • @furQ first off, do you see cancer as a physical ailment only, and second there have been many people who have overcome cancer without pharma, your small mind is the reason , the overall way of doing things like gmf, flourides and vaccines, pestacides, herbacides and fungicides, that have brought the plague of cancer with the fury it has over us now, im sorry your have no faith in the natural world, keep on preaching the religion of western medicine and the culture of powerlesness, goodsheep

  • yeah the placebo effect was my first thought aswell

the whole anger treatment thing just seems like a mix of taking ur mind off the subject, distracting yourself and the placebo effect, you think ur gonna be less angry so u therefore are less angry

  • KBT?

  • This is so silly^^ All it's doing is distracting you from your actual anger.. Wooosaahh-like. The result is just as obtainable without this silly method. If you want to placebo yourself into it, fine.. I won't stand in your way. :)

  • Why whouldn't I be angry with someone I dislike who on top of that is exploiting me due to my own lack of investment capital?

    I should be very angry : )

  • Your choice. No one is suggesting you use EFT for an emotion you don't want to get rid of. But to me it feels good to have a way to get rid of emotions I would otherwise be stuck in and do not want.

And you know the saying about drinking poison and hoping your enemy will die...

  • I've been introverted for about 16 years of my life now I get bad social anxiety, I'm going to try this. I'll tell you if it works for me. Thank you.

  • Possibly some of it is. The placebo effect is the body's ability to put things right for itself. I think anything that uses or enhances that natural ability is to be valued. However having worked with EFT I am sure it is not only placebo.

  • How do you know that this isnt a placebo affect?

  • try it out for yourself.

Also run magnets on your spine. It works even faster than EFT.

  • Who cares if it is "placebo effect", if it had a positive effect GOAL MET right?

  • @tubeview888 Wrong. If it is placebo in nature, its a lie. Amd lie is a lie and if you're content with relying on psychological affect rather than actual healing, its just plain ignorant sorry.

Notice how the only reason why placebos work is because the individual believes that it DOES actually heal; they believe it is TRUE that it can heal.

It all comes down to whether or not it is the Truth or a lie. Everything in life does.

  • @thestrugglewithin but you just said it works, so how is it a lie LOL. If it worked because of belief it still worked.

  • @tubeview888 no I didnt say IT (tapping) works I'm saying the result is mental in nature and has nothing to do with the technique itself - if in fact EFT doesnt work.

Tapping doesnt work if the part that is actually functioning is mental. It then means that tapping is not required for healing but rather a completely separate mental process.

There is a difference, think about it.

  • Why do some people start with the eyebrow point, and not use the point on top of the head? Or, why do you start with the top of the head.

Also, I've noticed that some end with points on the back of the hand, and on the fingertips, and roll their eyes and hum. Is all that necessary for effective relief?

  • hi can i use this method for nervousness?

  • Hi

Thank you. That was my aim to make it clear.

Experiment and if you notice one point seems to make more difference for you it is fine to use it more. Stay on it longer or use on its own sometimes.

  • Wow, that was a great demonstration of the EFT tapping points. Sometimes I am confused because people are usually vague about how to find the right spots. Good stuff.

  • Hi

I am assuming the diet is balanced and healthy and the food you are craving is not something your body really needs. In this case, you could just focus on the craving feeling in your body and tap on "this Craving". Or, even better describe to yourself how you experience it and tap on that. So it might be: "This hollow, dark sensation in the pit of my stomach."

  • Hi, can I use this method if I have food cravings? I'm on a diet and sometimes I get this cravings. Can I use this method, which phrase should I repeat?

    Thanks so much!!

  • Thank you for making this vid.

    :)

  • You are welcome. I hope you find it useful

  • I realy love your effort you are the best.

  • These are SO informative .. looking forward to many more. Thanks :)

  • Wow! this actually works xD At first i didn't notice much but after a while it began to work!
