@2000rubs he's not, but that's because of the handicap. when a player is way behind the other he gets good attacks(chaos spear/sonicwind/chaoscontrol) with less rings for a chance to catch up. anyways in my latest videos I turned the handicap off.

And yeah, these costumes are Gamecube only. However there are costumes for DC only (one per character as well), which you can get by doing the same, clear every mission of a character to get his/her costume.
