You should have cut off the first 24 seconds of this video, and added in a part where a guy is struggling to wick up joints on a blown SMD resistor on a sound card, or pull it with tweezers and a heat gun or something, and then BAM, he gets the job done single handedly with the hot tweezers, so now the engineer can move on with his more productive day

I mean, clearly I know how far we've come, if I'm doing SMD work I've got examples all around me.
