I've tried this recipe yesterday and it really tastes great! Just like those I always buy from a Turkish bakery that is approximately 80 km from my home . Now I do not have to drive so far, I can easily make them by myself. Many thanks for this wonderful recipe and for all of your other great recipes!

My mom use to make them for us, we use to use ricotta cheese and use the whole sheet instead of two or three layers and we called them kul lag, however, i love watching your videos, & thank you so much, love your Qatef , fyi :)
