@vikturi Well considering that with the proc it was technically the highest dps weapon in the game at the time, until well into tbc.

@vikturi Well, the fact is, Thunderfury was one of the best DPS weapons in the game, the proc only helped tanking, and if you looked at it's DPS and its stats + proc it's full of win for DPS, aswell. Any guild back then would only be stupid to give it to a Hunter or a Paladin. Rogues and Warriors, tank or DPS benefited from it.

:D now in wotlk many players tries to be expertice-capped and in warriors case, if youre arms, overpower is one of your main attacks in pve and youre in battlestance all the time and if youre fury youre in zerkerstance and hit about all the time so if you happen to get dodged you aint specced into crit anyway so to switch stance will only take alot of

global CD :D

Wizhix, did you play during classic-wow? Did you watch his castbar and what abilities he is using?

This warrior was using overpower, but not with a macro, he switched manualy.

Besides that - during classic it was a dps gain to spam hamstring (like he does) if no cooldown was avialable (and high rage), as well as switching for overpower (exept for execute-phase).

I still like rogues for dps though. Dps warriors have no way to lose agro if they gain it, when a rogue can vanish and all that good stuff.
