PKU was where Mao used to go and read all the political classics he could get his hands on. It nurtured one of the most brilliant political and military mind of the last century. And now, what a pity ?!
how is it a pity? it still nurtures the most brilliant young people there. that was my first week at pku and most of the people in the pictures were foreign students like myself. just trying to get used to the life and make friends, you know?
but pku undergraduates are all very hard working and intelligent. they still read art of war by sunzi and whatnot. i've met some of the smartest people i know there, and who knows what they'll become in the future.
hello everybody, could anyone help me in this!!! i would like to do my masters degree in PKU, so inter.students learn it in english.
thanks

Mao worked there as a librarian for a short period. He seldom mentioned this later.
