second.. how do you actually judge from what point is fundamentals and what point is original? I mean, a lot of the bboys do exactly the same freezes or moves these days, but u stil get the different feel because their flow is different. Some freezes can only be changed by connecting it into your own style of flow. If you gonna blame hong10 and the koreans, then there are plenty of american bboys also. Even Morris has same exact freeze as Boorock

I mean there is a differnet between "i like something" and something is "good". You can dislike something but nevertheless it is good. Many "bboys" says "they a cleaner execution" or "more flavour" but how will you judge "flavour" and beside that can you rip the beat with an Indian step or some difficult thing like Hong 10 does. that's a wannabee comment....bboying is not a moves contest but a dance. So for me the better dancer should win. Commercial competitions like BC One mean little. For me, Born, Casper, Morris, Katsu will be better bboys than Hong 10 (although Hong 10 has improved a lot)...thing is he crashes pretty much 1 per set on an average...and go ask any good dancer (any dance)...they'll tell u how harshly the consider crashes...

Hotshot is so damn right... Dont get me wrong, I love Hong 10, my fav crew is Drifterz, Hong 10 has great moves. But seriously? He's not the best bboy like all the eboys say on youtube, even in his own crew, Coma / Trickx / Ducky (btw Ducky is, imo, probably the most underated bboy on earth) are better than Hong. He's just way superior technically, but not on dancing... Like the other guy said, just look at Katsu, Born, Kid David, Roxrite etc. They should have some dickriders too...

bro..first of all.. i know dyzee's been bboying longer than hong10. In fact i know the 2nd to 3rd generations including dyzee were such a great inspiration for the Koreans around 1996. Even the 1st, pure street level bronx style that inspired born. second.. how do you actually judge from what point is fundamentals and what point is original? I mean, a lot of the bboys do exactly the same freezes or moves these days, but u stil get the different feel because their flow is different. Some freezes can only be changed by connecting it into your own style of flow. If you gonna blame hong10 and the koreans, then there are plenty of american bboys also. there's a reason the judges are there. they made the right choice. both crews were crazy, but drifters looked like they ran out of gas, and got outdone on routines. even though hong10 is a beast, supernaturalz were cleaner and had less falls imo.

I mean there is a differnet between "i like something" and something is "good". You can dislike something but nevertheless it is good. Many "bboys" says "they a cleaner execution" or "more flavour" but how will you judge "flavour" and beside that can you rip the beat with an Indian step or some difficult thing like Hong 10 does. On the Korean side was ahigh technical level and a great musicality (like 1:03 or 3:48). Dyzee, bridge and puzzles are damn good no doubt but i think too they lost.
