You can run GTA IV, but if it's not enough powerful, you're gonna be stucked at an un-playable frame rate like 4 frames per second or something ... We cannot say if you can run GTA IV if you do not give us your specs.

PS: San andreas is nothing compared to gta 4 :/

I am soon gonna do this kind of modding too and I wonder if you could post the row for this car from the handling-file?

It would make it alot easier because it takes a while to test the settings and get them just right if you do it from scratch yourself...
