And I always thought she said "And live my life right" instead of "And in my minds eye" but I guess that's only what I wanted to hear at the time. Now that I've read the lyrics 10 years later I realize that goes against the spirit of the song. Oh, well. Still a good song though.

This was song was released on "Learning Curve" which was released April 1st, 1999. Tho, there is UK discog's published notes, of a 1998 release of "Good to be Alive"

I never knew there was a version 2! And thanks for the lyrics - "Absolved from sin" and "too impure an angel" weren't clear to me. Now her meaning is clearer, and deeper (although paradoxical, like Life!)
