  • awsome job dude, youve just inspierd me to put a toro suzuki 2 cycle on a razor. we have a few of them where i work but most of them are siezed... uhhh im kinda drunk... did this guy sound like foamy the squirel to anone else?

  • that looks nice im trying to make one to but than using a nitro rc car engine

and just a little question: what oil did you used inside the running engine at the end

cuz i was wondered how little smoke there was... cheers

  • hey i work at a scrap yard and i got a 25cc motorized scooter there and it works awesome! i was wondering where i could get a tuned pipe to make it a little louder? please respond. thanx

  • @sledneckf5

Umm you could try and find a pocket bike exhaust, then cut out the expansion chamber section out of it, like I have done on this scooter.

But it you want more power, then spend a little more cash and get a go-ped exhaust. There are alot of places that sell them on the net.

  • what did u get the motor from

  • give me one onf those engines =)

  • Hey! I have a huge question. I disassembled my scooter the other day and I just want the motor. Its a 4 stroke motor. I have NO idea about motors. The question is: how do i get it to start? Do I need the battery to get it working? Or can I just use the kick and it will start after some time? I’ll send a link of my engine on mail if some one wants to see what I’m talking about. Engine name: 50CC 4 STROKE GY6 SCOOTER ENGINE 139QMB MOTOR AUTO CARB

  • dude dont get ur pant leg stuck in that lol

  • CHECK OUT MY 50CC CUSTO MADE PETROOL SCOOTER

  • its a jd

  • i hate the youtube interface

  • check out my vid im building a motorised razor

  • WERE'D U GET THE GEARS

  • from a scrapyard...I think they were out of a biscuit making machine :D

Drills and angle grinders have good gears too.

  • @fingalickenchicken cool is it done and did u make a ride vid

  • i know that u may have it done now but i do stuff like this all the time and i did something like this ,so why didnt u cut the scooter in half and extend the scotter and u have more scooter, that is what i did

  • yeah I may end up doing that too

  • do a burnout :D

  • How much would you sell that for cause i would buy it ^_^

  • its a jd bug!!!

  • are u Australian

  • yes

  • can any 1 help me please. shuld i use a sprocket from the engine onto the back wheel or should i use a drive shaft from the engine which contacts straight onto the back wheel. what is the best set up???

  • sprocket and chain is more efficient but harder that friction drive AND for the chain drive u need a clutch

  • will you sell that thing?

  • I guess I would but postage to the US would cost a small fortune :D

  • which engine are you talking about?

  • In one of my other vids you were talking about an engine you were having trouble fixing...unless I have my wires crossed with someone else...

  • Sweet as a video where you talk :P It will be a nice project once its done. It would be cool if the teeth on the gears were cut at an angle as it would make it quiter but its still sweet!

  • Cheers geoff.

Lol yeah I do have a voice after all.

I have spent ages trying to find helicoil-cut gears but didn't find anything with the right ratio :(

But I must admit, the gears I was using have lasted very well..not even the slightest sign of wear on them :)

This is by far my favorite and most practical project. I just love this little scoot :)

  • good idea with the new engine.

i used the sprocket idea on my scooter and it cut my noise and drag in half and made it tons faster!

    good luck with version 2.

  • Thanks. You should make some new vids of your scooter :)

BTW, did you manage to fix that engine you were talikng about?

  • cool suonds good if only it was that simple with my motorised bike :(

anway nice vid and good luck

  • Thanks mate.

Dont worry, things will eventually fall into place with your motorised bike...It can take a long time but is well worth the wait ;)
