We will be in St Joseph, MO on 10/9/10 at Robidoux Resident Theatre.

@benniewheels There is the Pageant on Delmar Loop in St. Louis. They do alot of shows there, it's a smaller venue but still really good. There is also Pops nightclub in Sauget,IL. Again, smaller venue but usually always draws a big crowd.

god damn, that drummer is too good for this band. He put a mini-fill after every bar. He's an artistic BEAST. Haha, I also love how he switched to the ride on some parts.

It's not fair to say he is too good for this band...he over-plays in this band is more like it. Robert is a great drummer, and really excells when he plays rock. He is very versatile and creative (and a good friend, by the way)...don't get me wrong. He's not too good...he is too MUCH for this band.  That sounds more fair to me, how 'bout you? Excellent Tribute to Johnny Cash Brother! Don't let the negative comments from the people get you down. I, along with many others, gave 24 years of my life to Uncle Sam just so people like that could speak their mind, just as you have the freedom to perform! Since we're comparing me to a major motion picture...I'd say if I had dozens of crew members, 4-5 camera angles, a make-up team, hundreds of screaming fans staged in each shoot, and hours of editing to create that magic scene, I would look pretty good too.

Since this video was shot with a Cannon digital camera straight through, thank you for the "not bad".

Hey! Man, you guys were awesome. I'm trying out for a Johnny Cash tribute band myself, we're called the The Folsom Prison Gang, the original band kindah died. So they figured they'd give me a tryout, but they're family, so you know how that goes. I'll be vocals like this, I just gotta learn to play the guitar.

Personally, it kind of makes me grimace when I hear someone try to impersonate Cash. Its like someone trying to impersonate Martin Luther King, Ghandi or Jesus. It just shouldn't be done. Especially for profit. Seeing someone else with that black guitar and drabs makes me cringe. Thats just my opinion though.

Thanks for your opinion. But let me correct you. I perform a TRIBUTE to Johnny Cash, not an impersonation. There will never be another Man in Black. "That black guitar" is not the kind used by Johnny Cash, either. I love what I do, and I make a living doing it. I can't make everyone happy. I am a Cash fan, doing my best to keep his memory alive. My best advice to you is to not put yourself through this torture by watching videos like mine. Take care and best of luck with whatever you do in life.

Oh shit, sorry, are you the singer in that video?? I don´t want to hurt you, I think it´s ok! but cash´s style of singing, was an harder way, this here, sounds like bad-country-style, smoke more, drink whiskey and scream some times a day, than you know what I mean! Your, style is not bad, that was not nice what I said a few houers ago. I apologize, I´m sorry!
