As I said above the USA market has supported Dr Who greatly over the years. The Doctor reincarnates in whatever is most useful to a Time Lord at that particular moment. Mind you, I can't even begin to imagine when an American persona would be useful (maybe if he pretended to be Canadian...)

Um, I thought this was pretty decent... Except for one thing... Time-Lords can recognize other Time-Lords, even if they're wearing a new regeneration skin via telepathy. The Doctor really would've caught onto his plan, or at least his new form. Nice script tho', I like the "I'm a work in progress" line.

There were a couple lines I liked, but it wasn't too good. The plot you came up with is fine, but the way this is presented it's not very enjoyable. Nice try with this though. If you keep trying to make these they should get better. Also add the British accents in please. They just make it more Doctor who feeling. Even though I'm American I don't like pictureing a doctor with an American accent. The opening and the credits are well done btw.
