@alexadamsandler The White handled lever is the Flaps. First thing you retract at GA, followed by the gear(center between the displays)..this allows faster acceleration to expedite climb to altitude.

@alexadamsandler the white one (Down near the throttles and First Officer's armrest) is the Flaps lever. Most likley from Landing flaps position (35 or 50 degrees) up to the maximum flap for gear up (Flaps 28). He then moves the landing gear up (the black lever near the 4 green lights that then turn red when the gear starts retracting)
