Why did the Canadian Men's Hockey Team snub the Canadian Women's Hockey Team when they were receiving their Gold medals? The 10 - 15 men in the stands looked like they were attending a funeral? Not one of them applauded or cracked a smile. If they thought that Women's Hockey Team were unworthy of their support, then they shouldn't have been there in the first place. Shame on them. I am very disappointed by the Men's lack of support. Let the Women celebrate, they deserve it!

The IOC is saying that the sport is too lopsided (US and Canada are always blowing other teams out), so they may cancel it until it actually becomes competitive.
Its the same reason why the IOC cancelled Softball too.
