This is one of my favourite paxton songs. I dont like to criticise, but the guitar sounds out to me and you sound a bit out of time with the song when u emphasize the 1st and 2nd lines of the verses. I'm not trying to be negative because i respect anyone that can play the guitar and have the courage to put a video on the internet. keep playing:)
I rarely have a chance to play live these days, just at the local folk club about once a month. Working full time in Hong Kong doesn't leave me as much time as I'd like for my music. It's a busy place!
Raymond! Where might I find some chords/lyrics for this tune? I am a teacher myself and I agree with your views and I would like to have this tune in my repertoire to play for students/other teachers! I look forward to your reply!
You could ask the Australian aboriginals too. At least our new government has just apologised to them for stealing a whole generation of their children.
ENCORE!

Good song! We should always bear in mind that history was written by the victors - not necesarily the correct. Ask the Native Americans.
