  • im going from a car to a bike coz the insurance is too expensive, ive not got any bike experience other than push bike haha. would this be a good bike to start off with n learn on n is it easy to use etc.

  • Nice driving;) ride save ;)

  • Had a lil 50 2 stroke scooter for a year, last week got one of these, 166cc kit, arrow pipe, dyno jet, stage 1 clutch. alot done, does 90mph top end :) 144km/h for y'all. :) Alot nicer with the extra grunt , still retains the perfect reliability. very pleased overall. Recommend it. Will be doing my full test next month and hope to purchase a zxr400 in the spring :]

  • Im getting mine in the morning. God i feel like its christmas eve. Yeah i may be 35 but its my first bike lol.

  • i wanna live there it looks really nice

  • nice bike, did you take a CBT test?

  • what's a CBT test?

  • @mazamoi compulsory bike training

  • @mazamoi complusary basic training, it needs to be passed for you to ride on british roads as a learner :)

  • Ajat toss meiänkin talon ohii... :-)

  • anybody tried to put a Athena 170cc Cylinder Kit With Electronic Box For Injection Models on it?????

they have made it for cbr125 fuel injection

i MAY buy one next year, if it works, and an open exchaust

  • where abouts did u film this? it seems pretty quiet

  • lahti @ finland

  • as you probely know now i got one too :-))

i am planning a video too

    how did you record this?

  • greetings =) I recorded this by taping a camera on my helmet's chin.

  • istht the standARD EXHAUST??

  • it's not a standard exhaust, it's aftermarket silencer from remus

  • man you don't use ur rpm right:P

  • what am I doing wrong?

  • you are doing nothing wrong, you are just taking good care of your bike - like i would when i get mine in a short time :-)

    dont listen to bergvallar

  • idd =P

  • lookup your manual and see on witch rpm the bike is strongest thats a good start:D

  • You mean where the max power is at? I'm in the know with all power graphs available, and maxpower is produced @ 9000-10000 rpm. But as I'm just riding a bit longer distances, ofc I wont keep revs that high, but around 5-7 trpm

  • yes but for a video its would be more watchable if u maxed:D

  • Yea, but ghostrider is a whole diffirent story, download gr-vids to see some real action =P Personally I think speeding and fooling around on public roads is just stupid. Except if the roads are all empty, then I don't see reason to obey 100% those speedlimits :P

  • yeah but acceleration is no crime <3 but do as u want its good that you obey the speedlimits

  • Right :] But in this vid there wasnt much of situations I could have accelerated haard. Check my other vids for more if you like.

  • Is the exhaust shown the original one the bike came with?

  • you mean does remus look like the original silencer? somewhat similar yea, but wouldnt say the look the same at all.

  • NIce video!

    Ajattelin tänä kesänä tollaisen hankkia.

Mulla on tällä hetkellä Yamaha TZR 50 mopo, joka painaa enemmän kuin CBR 125!! Joten

    varmaan osaisin tuolla ajaa.

    Onko ollu vikoja?

  • Kannattaa, helppoha toi on ajaa. Ei oo ollu mitää vikoja, varma pelihän toi

  • ok i too think its a better buy.

do you know how many kilometer with 1 liter octan 92 ?

you are overtaking cars to the right, very dangerous, because cars tend to suddenly keep to right. just be sure that you are not in a blind spot for them :-)

i must buy this one when i have money enogh :-)

  • well one liter of 95 octan gas I can drive about 30 kilometres or so. I keep the blindspot thingie always in mind and dont trust on other drivers :P gl with getting a cbr!

  • nice driving! you remember to keep distance to car, i dont see many do that, thumbs up

i am thinking buying one or yamaha ybr 125, i cant decide..i like the discbrakes both wheels on the cbr - quality, and 6 speed

have you testet topspeed with GPS?

  • Thanks :) Unfortunately, me neither, just hear the stories of hitting a car from behind and getting hurt. I'd definitely buy CBR125 as I think it has a bit better performance, more like sports-bike look and you find them used in a very reasonable price. Yea I have, I got a sigma bikecomputer and it shows an exact speed and maxspeed is 128.4km/h, so far. With 14-44 transmission as the default ones are 15-42, could go even faster with the default ones but accelerates better with 14-44. Gl!

  • mine sprockets are default ones, i did 120kmt (not measured on gps), at around 8.000-9.000 rpm in 6 gear.

i could feel theres more but dont want to push it further as it is new (1300 km)

at 60 kmt on speedo, my tomtom gps says 57 kmt

i havent tested it other speeds yet

i am tired of 1 gear, it useless :-), will a 15-45 be better? (if it exist)

  • When at 120kmh with 14-44 sprockets rpm is around 10-11 trpm on 6th gear. Default sprockets are just fine, no huge diffirence at all. Im not sure about your country but in finland you cant find 45 size back sprocket, only 44.

  • Just drove mine today, was surprised when I found myself doing 120km/h in headwind, fully stock -04 CBR. It put a big smile on my face :)

And 1st gear is just lol, so short compared to my friends YZF-R125 and RS125. I hate screaming the engine in first gear to the redline, sounds so nasty.

  • beasty cbr =D you're right about 1st gear, and with 14-44 its even shorter, like 25km/h & 12000 rpm. annoyingly short.

  • how many seconds from 0 to 100 ?

  • ~16

  • No, It is to much ........about 12 s

  • no way. can be even 20 secs depening on rider's skills and remember that speedometer never shows the real speed

  • 5:40 meet punasia päin? :D

  • jep ne vaihtu just eikä jaksanu jäädä venailee ni tuli vähän kiire :D

  • have u changed the pipes in u're bike? =>

  • yeah i got remus muffler in it :D

  • :P what's cost it is? :D

  • it cost me 300 euros =)

  • Hey there, i'm getting a cbr125 soon and thinking of taking some vids like you have, just wondering what your camera set up is? i know some guys strap them to their chin some how. Any advice would be great, cheers!

  • hoi, well umm I just taped it to the chin of the helmet. sticks there well enough, just use some heavy duty -tape so it wont loose when ur helmet shakes. use lots of tape and make sure its well attached and ur ready to go :) when ur visor is down the mic wont take much wind, so u can hear enginesounds quite well too
