Hello, question,do you think you or someone you know, could make a standard wireless xbox 360 controller use bluetooth or wifi of some kind to directly connect to a windows 7 computer and play pc games, just the controller to computer, no wires or adapters. If you could successfully do this, could you put a video showing what you did and connecting and using it and give a short demo to show all the buttons working to the actions your trying to perform eg pressing (a) jump (x) attack etc
I'm planning on making some wireless headphones (Nice ear cup ones) out of this method! This bluetooth receiver seems to be the smallest one with buttons, do you know if the buttons are compatible with iOS? Example, does the volume and song skip work? Also does the receiver have a pause button? I'm really hoping they are compatible with iOS!
Thank you so much. This is much more versatile then wireless headphones, since you can use it for multiple things. I'm gonna set it up for my tv as well as my iPod and guotar.
Err, you know any decent 3.5mm bluetooth transmitters? Most of the ones on ebay got terribad reviews elsewhere, common complaint being that they broke after just a short while
@BornToBeSomebody4U the ebay link was just for a blue tooth dongle. that isn't special you can get those anywhere. the dealextreme link is the actual device im talking about and its still a valid link.
This is the BEST Bluetooth SMALEST STEREO Receiver on the PLANET !
Consomation 55 mah / hour at maximum volume .
Included 150 mah battery inside
150 mah / 55 mah/hour = 2 hours and 40 minutes of real time music listen
I remplaced the battery inside with small rechargeable batery type A123 ULTRAFIRE 3.6V protected Blue Clear from Ebay , now the real time give me total of 17 hours and 30 minutes of music listen
I purchased a bluetooth transmitter dongle but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be able to connect, any recommendations? Here's the product. cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160463893133. Both use only one button connection interfaces.
@optikalefxx Thank you for replying so Quickly. Just one last Question I went on to your web site where you can buy this and I couldn't find it or anything like this can you point me in the right direction like on the web site what section of products did you search under? I went to something like computers and bluetooth. Is that the right section? If not can you point me in the right direction? Thank you so much.
@Optikalefxx not the recover the sender. The device that you have plugged into your headphone jack you wouldn't need that if you had an iPhone running 3.0 or above correct but you would need the Bluetooth receiver to make the headphones wireless
@Amalemodel Your home stereo may not be able to accept the blutooth audio. This device accepts Bluetooth audio. Not broadcast it which is what iPhone does.
Missing the point. You could do that, but what if your device is not portable? What if you listen to music on your home stereo from the computer downstairs? A 40 foot cable?
lanberon: why live when you can die? Why breathe when you can just suffocate? Why call in sick to work when your perfectly fine? because WE WANT TO! plus i hate wires!
hey question, will the sound quality be the same or is all crappy and stuff! i really love this idea, i was planning to make my own bluetooth system haha
a wireless bluetooth wired headphones?. why not just get yourself a shuffle? Same thing. I guess you just have to have a use for it to see its worth. But none the less good little gaget.
Well i take that back i guess after thinking about it for a little while. Is it just a reciever or can i use it be used as a transmitter? Cause i have a bluetooth headphones. Just no mp3 player with bluetooth.
Is there any delay from the device to the headphones?

it has only single 3,5 mm jack for audio as well as for charging....so it seems that you can use it only one thing at a time.
what about using Y-splitter? can it be used to charge and listen at the same time? ever tried?

It can't be used as a wireless transmitter.
